Please READ! RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TESDA REPRESENTATIVE ‘Check the list of candidates scheduled for assessment Request for Assessment Package 3. Prepare assessment Packages ‘+ 1 copy of Assessor's Guide ‘+ Specific Instruction to candidates, CARS and Rating Sheets corresponding to the number of candidates to be assessed 4. Arrive at the Assessment Center/Venue ahead of schedule to ensure that the assessment starts on time 5. Issues Assessment Packages to the Competency Assessor 6. Checks the Attendance Sheet vis-a-avis the actual number of candidates 7. Ensures that the assessment is conducted in accordance with the requirements as identified in the Competency Assessment Tools (CATS) 8. Checks quantity and quality of returned Assessment Packages, including the Attendance Sheet and informs Competency Assessor of any discrepancies 9, Prepare Assessment Proceedings (TESDA-SOP-CO-07-F27) 10. Receives complaints of Clients (if any) 11. Receives assessment documents from the AC Manager ‘+ Accomplished Attendance Sheet + Accomplished Rating Sheets 12.Request identified respondents to accomplish the Competency Assessor's Performance Evaluation instruments (TESDA-SOP-CO-06.F19) at the end of assessment to at least 2 candidates per schedule 13. Sign Attendance Sheet (after review! validation of the result of Assessment from the Rating Sheets and CARS) 14. Returns assessment documents to PO at the end of the Assessment Activity ‘+ Assessment Packages ‘+ Accomplished Attendance Sheets ‘+ Accomplished Report on the proceedings of Assessment «¢ Accomplished Rating Sheets 15, Wears TESDA ID through the conduct of assessment 16.Observe and monitors the conduct of Assessment at ALL TIMES
