I hope everyone is in a comfortable and safe place to listen in our today’s topic because this is not the topic we
usually hear and discuss from the past few years of our webinars.
Corona Virus Disease (COVID 19) was initially reported to the World Health Organization (WHO) on
December 31, 2019. On March 11, 2020, the WHO declared COVID-19 as a global pandemic and that was the
time lockdowns started, specially in the Philippines.
Now that we’ve reached the year 2021, the roll out of vaccines came rapidly and most of the people are having
their jab done. Some people are having second thoughts on being inoculated to which lead to questions about
vaccines efficacy and safety. Today, those questions on your mind about the virus and vaccines will be
answered.
