The bar chart gives the figure of people in Australia who usually did physical
activity of both sexs in different age groups in 2010.

Overall, the percentage of men were dominated in almost age groups, from 25 to
over 65 years old. Whereas between the ages of 15 and 24, women exercised more often.

On the one hand, Men in 45 to 54 years old were the hardest practiceers with 53.3
percents of them doing physical activity, whereas they were not very hard when they
were young, only 44,7 percents and 48.9 percents men practiced in two first groups. When
they were over 65 years old, they reduced again to only 47.1 percents.

54% of women aged 15-24 practiced exercise regularly and this was also the
highest number for women. After that, they gradually decreased their practice in the
period from 25-44 years old and then started to practice again at the age of 45 and over.

In sum, in Australia, men focused on exercising more in middle age, while women
focused more on exercising in adolescence.

Opinions differ as to whether it is better to share information unlimitedly or keep

information which is important privately. Personally, I agree with the latter view, even
though the former view also shows some positive aspects.

The option to share information freely is attractive for some reasons. Firstly, in
scientific research, sharing information helps scientists develop research and produce
more comprehensive and detailed studies. Secondly, in education, it enables people to
help each other learn, make progress together and get the best results. Finally, the free
sharing of information helps to partly create a healthy and legal business environment.
For example, companies must disclose all financial information for the year, which will
reduce the problem of tax evasion.

However, I believe it is more beneficial to keep some information privately. One

clear evidence is that in busines, many companies choose to keep their business secret
and only share information within the company, because if the information is passed out,
their competitors may have advantages and rob their contracts which make the company
lose profits. Another reason is that in education, when information is shared too freely, it
can lead to bad consequences as cheating, copying each other in study and exams. Even
in Science, the full disclosure can also have negative consequences, some sensitive
studies should only be shared with those who are in need. Because if it is spread too
widely, there may appear some people who use it for bad purposes. For example,
research on how to make atomic bombs, guns, drugs, ...
In conclusion, while sharing information freely can have some benefits , it seems
to me that information security is very important, not all information should be public.
