is very much True that for achieving physical fitness the
exercise,games and sports play a significant role. Without the
help of physical activities, games and sports it is not possible
to have physical fitness.

persion to do daily routine work without fatigue, moreover to
participate in playful activities and still reserves enough
capacity to meet any emergency.”

Meaning of physical fitness : physical fitness is the capacity of an
individual to carry out his routine work without any fatigue or exertion
and after doing work, he has sufficient power to do some more work.

(b) Wellness is the capacity of a persion by which he leads a balanced
life.
Wellness is the ability of an individual to live a mentally, physically,
socially and emotionally balanced life.
Meaning of lifestyle
According to business dictionary, “Lifestyle is a way of living of
individuals, families and societies which they menifest in coping with
their physical, psychological, social and economic environments on day
to day basis.”
Healthy lifestyle : A healthy lifestyle is a valuable resource for reducing
the incidence and impact of health problems, enabling you to better
cope up with life stresses, as well as improving your quality of life.
