Vol # 12 Prop-less / Mentalism AA

Introduction
Welcome to the volume of this month .

In the volume of this month, we take a look at the mentalism of support less . If I was really honest , I
have tried to distance themselves from the record on the subject of - of its controversial nature , which
is the subject has a single , directed divided community . After taking a recent survey ( through social
media ) is , it seems , the topic , which is slightly affected in detail and people from both camps (
people , who like to support smaller and mentalism people, Who expressed their disgust for this ), want
a series of ideas , gathered in one place , thus deciding to write this volume .

I do not expect to change the view with the information in this volume , or claim , that any correct
camp . I should here simply discuss my results on the subject and share some of the ideas about the
subject .

In fact, I think one thing , which one thing is for sure , this volume is going to annoy a few
feathers WHAT IS NOT MY INTENTION .

I think , that it - time , when I make my position on this subject area is very clear , as I have seen on
many forums people , requiring the entire process of things , which I did not say . I want to make it clear
from the start ; I am not a defender of support mentalism less . I DO NOT approve of support material less
, and I am not in adverse use of supports .

I don’t even give a fuck ( mind the explicit ) if I am honest about the methods . I love a good
presentation , I like a good premise, and no matter , the method corresponds to the most convenient
representation , which I create .

In fact , I really do not know , what is mentalism less support . Imagine , that , acknowledging I really do
not know , what it is and trying to capture the entire volume of the subject matter !

The reason , I do not know , what it is , is that , because the definition is controversial . Trying to give any
type of determination is another contentious issue , from which I refuse to even try to be a part of .

How do we even begin to consider , what is the support ?

This question is the one , that I am well thought of before , than to try to write this volume . The
effects in this volume , all are very close to , that ' I ' believe mentalism support smaller , to be .

I'm going to try to stick close ( just a little wondering , outside if completely necessary ), participant ,
not having to consider /, generates information from books , playing cards , index cards, and so on .

volume .

Another specification , which I try to stick - that , that mentalism should also be everywhere , at
any time of mentalism . Impromptu , should not be more than a few established seconds .

Most importantly, the material should have a solid result . I want to ensure , that each of them , in the
subroutine has a solid result so , you do not worry about the concept of failure . I do not want to rely
on the probability or bold performance , to ensure , that the routine is performed .

These restrictions are limitations , I suppose , that mentalism support less . This does not make for a
second middle value , that my determination will fit your or someone - or even , as I honestly feel , that
the definition is subjective .

Anyway , are now , when we looked , in which we are going to stick to the specifications , I would like
to speak openly about some of the common gripes , which some rightly so ( the time ) had a less
support material .

One common gripe - then , that the process , to bring to a conclusion the effect is too long,
and often does not make sense .
These are terribly important factors in any routine . If the routine is getting to the point , it is too long
or too difficult for the participant , to follow , it was never ( even if you use a support ), going to be
good or interesting routine . Similarly , if the process does not make any sense at all then , for
participating / audience becomes glaringly obvious , that method should be put out there as there are
like a sore slider .

I personally believe , that , if the process seems unusual then , it's up to nothing more than a
background , which is not a good enough . If you are skilled in making the correct frame for the
method , in order to exist within it , very easy to make any process seem logical from the point of view
of the participant .

Mark the reader *** Warning Tangent !

I would like to elaborate on its point , using a simple analogy .

Since it is - a tangent here, simply , to better detail the point , I'm trying to express , I am going to use
an example , using the support - as it is - the subprogram type , we all at some point perform , and
therefore it is the most logical sense .

If I am asked , that you ( the reader ) responded in your head , which is a more impressive feat -

1. That , to ask , to a participant chosen playing card from a deck of cards and disclosure of

OR
2. That , to beg , to the participant thinking about playing cards and then disclosure

that .

What would your answer be ?

In all honesty, no answer is wrong - Let me explain .

Artist : " Being completely honest , if I asked , that you think about your favorite playing card , the
probability , I could take an educated guess as to , what it is . For example, this could be a queen or
an ace foundations or number seven , as it has the tendency to be the favorite number of most
people .

The fairest way I can think of off of the top of my head , to get , you , to think of a playing card at
random should make you choose one of the deck , then put it back where - somewhere in the deck ,
which guarantees , that I would never touch the deck or cards . That way, even , you did not know , what
kind of card you are going to think, and it exclusively dictated by chance . "

- To a member it would seem a lot fairer than they thinking a playing card . Note , I give the Party
time , to think about , what could be their favorite map and if they really thought about the
queen , ace or number seven , as long as you take ( which are very often choose the cards ),
then , the point , you done is not even controversial . It adheres to the sense of the party , that
they consider logical and so if you were to ask them or the audience , a massive census would
consist in the fact , that the choice of cards from the deck is the fairest way for participants to
think about the map at random

The method is simple , if you just called a playing card and then said , that " I do not want to affect ,
deck , to look at your card put it in and rearrange the cards . Keep the card in front of you , I do
not need them ," a fully seemingly as fair as possible .

If we look at things on the back , and we wanted to make it seem , that psychologically compelling
playing card fairer than the mechanical compulsion card , it's as simple as a change in the script ,

Artist : " I want to be really honest from the off , every time , when I propose to assume that , that

It can be seen , as it would be in a structured way , which the participant thinks and if you ask the
participants after the expression of the above scenario , the participant will assume , that the fairest
way to choose a card is psychological , party
and the audience as a mass census would agree upon , which is , perhaps , not have been more true
.

The way you structure the process / paint process , is the most important for both , even the most
bizarre of the process may seem completely logical if structured properly . In fact , when you really
think about it , most of the things in mentalism do not make sense - support or not .

Here are just a few examples of things , that do not make sense to me -

Why does the participant record their thoughts ?

Why participant writes in bold block letters , when they write down a thought ?

Why should a participant think about the first word from a page in a book ?

Why should a participant choose a long word from a book ?

Why the participant chooses a word from the Book of - first ?

Why performer tearing paper party time sheet , they recorded that - something ?

Why performer should handle part of the map when , as a participant wrote that - something ?

If we really had super powers , why would we bend spoons with them ?

If we could predict that - anything , why would we have predicted , to which the number of participants
, scrolled to a game of dice , reversed ?

If we could buy the right for the future , why don't we use our opportunities to predict the lottery ?

Questions could go on and on and on , these are just a few .

Most of that , what we do as mentalists without context , can be questionable and ignore the
party and the natural logic of the audience .

Next press my point , if I asked you - that the connection ( without context ) contact code has a
playing card ?

The answer is absolutely none at all .

However , if you just say ,

Artist : " I want , that you think of a playing card , but I do not want , that you just think about the first
map , which appears in your head . I want to kill two birds with one stone .
One of the most private thoughts , we are hesitant , to share even those closest to us , it is a contact
code
to our bank . Of course , it would be rude of me to show your contact code , instead I want to , so that
you are mentally choose one figure and then the thought of playing card suit .

Then combine the two , to create a random playing card .

Now there is a context .

In the code, and contact cards now have a connection , which did not exist before and logically
linked .

Not only , that , by doing that - something as simple as opening a playing card

If you feel a part of mentalism support less and thought , that the process was odd or no sense ,
perhaps , that routine , which lack a logical process / context for the process , in order to exist within
- it did not have an odd process . Process with a bit more thought , perhaps , fully imelsmysl .

After these words - part of mentalism support smaller , floating around today fully , lacks logic and
the only doubt is bad and there is nothing , what can be done about it . On the other hand, it is -
just my opinion , and your opinion might be that , that some of the things , be shared in this volume
, no parity .

I hope , when you really think some of the ideas in this volume , you'll see , as I have tried to make the
process as little as possible at the same time being so logical as possible from the point of view of the
audience .

Another common gripe , which have many mentalists, - then , that so easily get the participant to
write down their thoughts, and a quick glance it .

This - 100% - the first true statement , but only because it is - a linear option is to obtain
information , not mean , that it should be the only option , open to the artist , to obtain , the
information said .

Sometimes the routine just does not warrant the need for participants to record it - it - sometimes
logically in terms of choreography , it's not good at all and less logical than the manifestation of the

No . I did however insist on several things in my reply to the gentleman . I just told him , that I am not on
a different level, and I closely follow the work of the XX and learned many things from him . I also
explained that to my knowledge there is no way to secretly consider it , that someone - then wrote ,

because , if there was a way to do it , it would have saved me a hell of a task .

I then gave in a little , as if to let him in on the secret and said a silent speech , " If I'm really honest ,
the reason , that we force people to write things , is that so , that information was the last thing , about
which they thought consciously , and this makes our lives so much easier to get someone - then emit it ,
what we need, even accidentally , than it does , if it is mixed among a series of other random thoughts
."

The guy looked like a serious impression , that he was admitted to a secret - we all know , was not really
a secret , but he is relieved his sense of logic , and he left the shop in order , he came to find ( without
giving it that - a ) .

Not only , that , the next time he looks XX, it re instills a sense of wonder , he felt , when he first
looked XX, perform .

It got me τηινκινγ ... a lot .

Many times I thought the debate from both camps ( traditional methodologists, and prop less
methodologists), each makes a great point, and when everything is reduced to its simplest form ,
I'm on the fence and trying to do something , I think , the most logical thing ( which many strong
supporters in both camps refuse to do )

- Take the items , which I love from each side of the fence and use them holding hands together .

That way I get the best of both worlds and the reason , it works , best of all , because every set of
methods other balances .

If you have a way to guess the information without using a stand warrant and are conveniently using
that methodology it is on one participant . Have a second participating record that - the bottom ,
which you could use as a forward order , to get the idea of a third party if the third party , used by
another process ( the choice of words in the book ).
And if any - any member of the audience assumes , that someone - it has to be written
that - something for the artist , to see it , their assumptions choke point , that you are displaying
information , which is never recorded the first participant .

One may wonder at this point , if I had to use one forward at all , why not just use it twice and show
all three details , well you are open , to do this , but with the option we have opened ourselves , if we
show the information support is less first orally , then we just destroyed the concept of the possibility

This is funny ; the same people are people , who complain , I never could talk to someone every time ,
when they cause a corporation and have , to listen to an automated speech , which offers them a
series of options .

We become lazy ; it seems , that most people do not want to study classics longer . Rarely do people
not in a hurry , to learn from the greats . Never forget , that we are standing on the shoulders of giants ,

make them a better mentalist than a mentalist who only wants to perform socially . I know mentalists in

gift for corporate , cruise ships or wedding settings .
I also by no means consider myself an authority , nor do I want to be considered an authority ;
this is too much responsibility .

Do I have a friend ( who will remain nameless ), who is a well respected agent / trainer and writer ( who
is also , it turns out , a mentalist), who has worked with many celebrities in film , television and theater ,
which has such an aversion to mentalists, is performed on cruise ships , he asserted , that , if he found
out , that I had to work on a cruise ship ( which I have no intention to - not because I believe , have
that - it is not so with the work on a cruise ship , I just do not like the idea of being captured on bo that

There is nothing wrong with studying mentalism effects , which can be used in social productivity -
Even if you did perform professionally . There are no rules .

Now I got rid of my rant , let's go back to the introduction to


volume of this month .
Just five years ago , while the number of support-type effects less existed the concept assumption ,
that the contact code or name without the party , writes that - either , were seen as an impossible
dream . I spent a few years ago

almost two years , being interviewed by mentalist's worldwide ( online and otherwise )
and slowly but surely I made people to believe , that it is absolutely possible - even if my original
method in order , to do so has been hit and miss , it had a ' method '. I am very open and honest , the
method was not the greatest method , it was very raw data and it was not even close to that , to be
infallible , but it worked for me , when I was comfortable , where and when to use it .

I share the original method in this volume , as I feel , that it serves as a good reminder of , how far
we've all come to success in this area of mentalism . Plus , I feel , that there is that - something
enchanting about the method , and I honestly still occasionally use it . In fact, this volume inspired me ;
I'm going to revisit the effect and update it .

I really hope , that these routines give you moments of fun and cause a feeling of excitement ,
when you run them - matter , the context in which you are performing .

Elegant Introduction
Note to the reader , *** it - one of the effects , which falls in the controversial category , of
which I spoke extensively in the introduction to this volume .

Do you have a menu - pale when it comes to choosing , you submit this effect . This effect can be
made as outlined in general terms ( the way , that I'm doing it ), or orally, which I personally would not
recommend for the reasons , you understand , when you consider the refusal routines .

I love this routine and I think , that the treatment of attention on that in particular is that , where I would
put my focus , because it gives you a beautiful , to be used with any subroutine , which has a
psychological nature .

Effect
Artist acquainted with the participant , after , to meet artist explains , that one can not simply assume
the thought of another , but must use intuition , if they hope to get remotely close to the private
thoughts of another creature .

Artist asks the participant , he calls , they thought - a participant said , that Daniel , performer points
to part of the map , which implies , that the participant has to open it .

The participant opens it and inside is the name Daniel !


Renouncement
First , what I begin to outline a routine , I think , that it is - the perfect display ' questionable
choreography '.

I 'll be honest right from the off , it is - then , as I introduce billet into play in the way , which I feel ,

This is the rule to follow - let's look at another example .

Let's pretend , that the party called Derek , the letter , which I will choose the inside of the name ,
would be the letter 'R' and the first plug-in name , which appears in my mind , would be ' Rob '.

This - the same logic , that you apply on your party , choose , the letter in their name do not think

Pay close attention to this paragraph of scripting -

The chances of you thinking of the same name , I would be one in well over a thousand of - for all
of the different names , which can be created from those letters .

About what name did you think ? "

we will cover a hit, and then cut of Miss .

Member : " Mark ."

Artist : " Do you really use your intuition , to pick up on this (? Participating bows ), had this one - or

He points down on the part of the map and gesturing party , to open it .

The participant opens it , and it says Mark !

There are ways to ensure , that the participant chooses plug name , which is not so transparent, and if
you really like , make your party chose either sex , I also cover this a little later also .

Just knowing the number of letters in the name you are either immediately down to one or the names .
If you have a name , what you find , it continues to pop up , simply add it to the list of names and use it
as part of your performance ( I know , it reiterated that point several times , but I really feel , that it is
important to note ).

Try to keep the formula as simple as possible , you will find , it's very safe , and it is stunning only , as a

Performance would have to be a little longer , this adds a small amount of process to the subroutine ,
but it is interesting and therefore does not detract from work efficiency .

Artist : " I do not know , do you know this , but whose - the characteristics , and traits can completely
lead you to someone's - the name . Do not believe me ? How many people are named Herbert Percy or

result .
Here is one idea , I set up the use of this principle , I feel ( WARNING COMMENT CLICHÉS ) is worth the
price of this entire volume . I DESTROYED with this , and it went right into my completion set .

Phantom Dictionary Test Effect


Artist asks , to the audience to create a dictionary in their mind , think of a word to the dictionary
from within , and then be able to quickly get the word out !

I have over the years gathered as a massive amount of Q + routines, each of them having a quality ,
which I really liked , but everyone is not fitting my personal style , thus created my own .

Before jumping into the structure of the Q and I think , that it is important to talk about the biggest
method - plausibility .

If the audience does not believe , that can be considered their inner most thoughts , they , of course ,
are not going to entertain you with answering questions about their private life . In fact, it is patronizing
and could be seen as offensive , if you are not likely to occur .

What makes the performer believable - well, in all honesty, there is nobody , the answer , but one of
the main factors is ' synchronization '. Never racing , to move to the Q and subroutine type , expected ,
until a connection has been established between you and your party .

A great time - after , how you ask , " is it - a gift , you were born with , or is it - learned talent ?"

That type of audience is perfect for the question and answers the type subroutine . I would recommend

could change their minds and choose any date , while there is no repetition of numbers . This is of
utmost importance to the rest of the subprogramme . Although seemingly a fair and innocent request ,
which is aligned with the width of the above scenarios , we strongly , reduces the number of dates , to
choose from for each month of the year . Definitely , we will go from 365 different possible only up to
129 options ( which sounds like a lot , but the knowledge , that

the location of the lowest rated figure helps to reduce this even more). We also guarantee a few
things for the rest of the routine:

The digit with the lowest value in this randomly generated PIN code will always be '0' (no matter what).
