SHOW WEEK Cast and Crew- Here is the schedule for the week of March 7th-12th. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! All rehearsals are in the auditorium. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to see me.
Monday, November 7th- 3:15-6:00
Dress Rehearsal- ALL cast and crew *Students will bring all makeup, shoes and accessories TO SCHOOL. *All makeup to be done in locker rooms- clean up after yourself! *Changing rooms -Women’s locker room- GIRLS -Men’s locker room- BOYS *Health room is available for make-up help from crew girls. *ALL students are responsible for THEIR costume, make-up and hair -Keep all costume, hangers and costume pieces together!!! *ALL students and crew should be dressed, miked and ready at 4:00- sitting in auditorium. Tuesday, November 8th-3:15-6:00 Dress Rehearsal- ALL Cast and Crew *Same as above
Wednesday, November 9th- 3:15-5:30
Run-Through Entire Show- ALL Cast and Crew *NO COSTUMES, meet in auditorium immediately after school
Thursday, March 10th
OPENING NIGHT!! *Students will come to the JH with their hair and makeup DONE. *CAST MEMBERS with mics should be at the JH no later than 5:30. (Mic checks at 6:10) *ENSEMBLE should be at the JH no later than 6:00. *HAIR/MAKE-UP CREW?COSTUMES should be at the JH no later than 5:30. *SOUND/LIGHTS/BACKSTAGE CREW should be at the JH no later than 5:45. (You should be wearing BLACK from head to toe) *USHERS should report to the auditorium no later than 6:15. (Ushers should wear their “Unplugged” t-shirt with a nice pair of jeans and sneakers. *ALL cast and crew (except ushers) should meet in the old gym at 6:45! *ALL ushers will reman in the theater during the show. Mrs. Stein will give assignments to all crew. *ANY crew member that is not working backstage should be in the theater during the entire show.

Saturday, March 12th
STRIKE AND CAST PARTY *Meet in auditorium at 10:00 a.m. *We will take down the entire set, organize, CLEAN!! *Please bring charged drills if you have them. *All props brought to the JH for the show should be picked up at this time! We do not want anything left after show conclusion. *Cast party will immediately follow strike. *Parent pick-up approx. 12:15. I will also text Remind 101 users of approx. pick up time if it should change. Students can be picked up in the auditorium lobby parking lot.
Some extra reminders:
*All rehearsals are “closed.” No parents. *Crew members that are not backstage during the performances must be in the auditorium at all times. *NO PHONES at any time! Phones used as props should be TURNED OFF at all times. * The show run time is approx. 1 hr. 15 minutes. Students can be picked up at the JH at 8:30 on both Thursday and Friday nights. *There will be a “meet and greet” in the gymnasium at after each performance. *Attendance is key for the week of the show! *If you are not at school any day next week for any reason, Mrs. Stein should expect an email with an explanation FIRST THING in the morning that day!!
