1. What are the reasons why most of the people don’t have time for physical activities such as exercise and dancing? Regardless of various benefits of physical activities, there are still several reasons why most people are not doing this. Even me, myself don’t have time for physical activities before. So, what are those reasons? Lack of time. It is one of the biggest reasons, some people are busy doing other important things in their life. Lack of motivation. Some people has no motivation to do physical activities that leads only in procrastinating and overthinking as well. Laziness. Most of people, especially teenagers, are not doing physical activities because of their laziness. Lack of knowledge. Some people don’t know the beneficial things that we can get in performing physical activities. No time management. Teenagers nowadays are spending almost of their time in using or playing their gadgets, to the point that they are not able to do their home or school tasks as well as doing physical activities. 2. At this time of pandemic, how can dancing help to relieve stress? Dancing is an example of physical activity that we can express our feelings in the way of art. We all know that in this time of the pandemic, people are prone to experiencing anxiety, stress, or depression. The app Tiktok is popular now and most people are spending their time using it. They found it as a stress reliever because it includes different entertaining videos and can also make their own in form of acting, singing, and more on dancing. In using that app, many people or teenagers are engaged in dancing. it somehow reduces their stress because dance allows them to have freedom, expression, and also creativity in performing it.
