Based on my experience in my family, management comprises of a group whose
objective is to administrate and to ensure that everyday things happen as appropriate.
Meanwhile, leadership is a gift that not everyone that has a goal not just for him but for
all. Leadership can touch everyone’s life by inspiring and motivating everyone to believe
in his mission and vision for everyone’s sake. In terms of functions, management creates
and implements policies and procedures to be follow by subordinates while leadership is
creating better future that connects everyone to make rule that meet both side agreed
and objectively done.

2. Describe the significance of the organizational structure.


The significance of the organizational structure is to determine the information
flows or activities that include the roles and responsibilities of the worker. In addition, it
provides guidance for all employees by establishing the official reports that govern the
company's workflow. Furthermore, organizational structure facilitates completion of
project since it properly assigned and arranged the task of individual.

3. Compare and contrast the scientific management to the humanistic management.


The difference is that scientific management give emphasis on productivity
efficiency through encouraging monetary benefits for personnel. Meanwhile, human
relations give emphasis that employees are motivated both by cash benefits and various
social considerations. In addition, scientific management focuses on determining the best
work method in order to improve efficiency and put people in his appropriate task that will
showcase his skill while humanistic management focuses on individual differences
among workers and interpersonal relations at work. However, the similarities are that both
are types of management that ensure that everyday things happen as appropriate and to
accomplish goals efficiently.

4. Explain how Construction pre-planning would give success to construction project and
management.
To begin with, construction pre-planning would give success to construction project
and management for a reason that it implies preliminary ticket for creating a strategy for
the project, it helps to create foundation of the project by stabilizing and improving the
plan. In addition, by pre-planning it prepared the project from the unwanted surprises that
will make constructions delay. So, with this. it will make sure that the project is prepared
and move along efficiently and would give success for the project.
