Obesity is one of the biggest issues that we face in the world, I think the main reason is that
we humans are lazy to get involved in any physical activities. However, I strongly suggest
that the universities should make sports a compulsory due to the fact that we are creating a
generation of bookworms.
Moreover, scientists have proved that sports is a great way to release stress and it gives you
strength to bear up the loss and the win in the same way. So I think universities making
sports compulsory for all students would not only give us a healthy generation it would also
decrease the stress of the students while at college and also when they are out in society.
It is also said that people who are engaged in sports are more active in their studies as well
as extra curriculars and their day today life due to their mindset.
All in all, I think that sports while at universities and also at college level is a great way to
reduce the population of overweight citizens in the world which not only decreases obesity
but also gives us a healthy generation along with students who have a positive mindset in
their career they chose and also their personal life.

I think I should have provided the essay with examples to support the facts provided which
would have it very effective. Using paragraphs effectively was one of the highlights in the
essay. Should have used more complexed words in the essay rather than keeping it plain
and simple. There are also a few errors in spellings as well which needs to be corrected.
Moreover, I need to be very careful when combining my facts to the heading of the essay as I
tend to get mislead in it. All in all, I think If I could work towards my grammar and answering
to the relevant question the essay would have been more effective.

from. It also teaches different types of essays to choose from before I start writing.

similar words which could make my essay effective and persuasive. It would also help me identify new words
which I could use instead of the same words we use on a daily basis which I think could make a difference in
