By minting a Rogue Shark, you’ll join a very exclusive bracket of NFT owners
who are committed to innovating in the NFT space and making a positive social
impact. As a member of the Rogue Sharks coalition, you’ll gain access to
everything the Shark Tank has to offer now, and in the future!

We’re committed to offering leading-edge utility to all of our sharks. This utility
will be moderate at first but will elevate over time as we continue to build the
Rogue Sharks ecosystem.

Remember, sharks, we are creating the Rogue Sharks Coalition not just for you,
but also with you - your ideas, support, and feedback are greatly appreciated.
Disclosed below is our roadmap for the near and distant future.

ROADMAP 1.0

1 Rogue Sharks Coalition GEN 1:

Launch all 5,000 of the Great White Rogue Sharks to our amazing community.

2 Charitable Donation to Support Ocean Life:

Making a positive social impact is at the core of the Rogue Sharks coalition.
Therefore, our first action following a successful launch will be a charitable
donation to a charity voted on by the Rogue Sharks community.

3 Rogue Shark’s Treasure Chest Lottery

The Rogue Sharks Treasure Chest is full of rewards! We will host three different
lotteries following our launch with a total of $15,000 up for grabs.

$7,500 - Members of our “Great White” and ‘Baby Sharks” group on Discord (the
first 500 members), who hold a Rogue Shark NFT, will be entered in a draw to
win the cash prize. One lucky shark will take home $7,500. Each Rogue Shark
you own will be counted as one entry in the draw.

$5,000 - The first 1500 people to purchase a Rogue Shark NFT will be entered
into a draw to win $5,000 from the Rogue Shark’s Treasure Chest!

$2,500 - All Rogue Shark owners will be entered into a draw to win $2,500 from
the Rogue Shark’s Treasure Chest!

Bonus - One lucky shark will win a special Rogue Shark’s experience (think cage-
diving with sharks or scuba diving with sharks).

4 Rogue Shark’s Gallery

Want a way to view the entire Rogue Sharks family? Yup, so do we. One of the
first thing we will be working on after our launch is a way for you to not only see
all 5,000 sharks, but a way of filtering them by trait! Psst… the Rogue Shark’s
Gallery may include some AR functionality.

5 Marketplace Integration

Buy, sell, and trade Rogue Sharks on solanart.io! This will be released soon after
our launch.

6 Rogue Sharks 1:1 Figurines

All Rogue Shark NFT owners will receive a 1:1 action figure of their Rogue Shark
following launch. We’ll coordinate as a community on the best way to approach
this.

7 Rogue Sharks NFT Merch

Member-exclusive Rogue Sharks merchandise is unlocked, featuring limited

edition hoodies, tees, and other goodies. Psst… the merch may include special
access codes to unlock an exclusive Airdrop.

8 MISSION: Operation HammerHead

While on a surveillance mission, the Rogue Sharks discover a secret government

lab imprisoning 2500 HammerHead Sharks. The Rogue Sharks coalition puts
together a rescue mission to free their comrades.

ROADMAP 2.0

The Rogue Sharks think long-term, and we're deeply passionate about the future
of NFTs. The space is fresh, exciting, and has so much room for innovation -
something we excel at doing. That is why when our core roadmap items listed
above are complete, we will disclose our next set of plans to grow the ecosystem.
This includes future collections of different shark species such as Whale Sharks,
Tiger Sharks, Megalodon Sharks, and of course… Baby Sharks!

We will build Roadmap 2.0 in conjunction with you, the coalition members. One
long-term venture we will focus on is a video game or Rogue Sharks Arcade. One
example is a Rogue Sharks-only street-fighter-style game with every shark as a
playable fighter. Enter the ring and battle fellow sharks to move up the ranks!
Weapons and upgrades to pimp out your Rogue Shark will be won in the game
and be given out as rewards in the community. Exciting, right? We will disclose
more information on this soon, so stay tuned!
