Task 1: Internet Exercise. Research for other definition of the following guides and provide a
2x3 in picture of each:

Urban Guide- An excursion with UrbanGuides


allows you to see the city from a whole new
angle. Their primary areas of interest are
architecture, urban development, sustainability,
and innovation.

Government Guide- Access does not only


refer to physical access to documents, but also
to accessibility. Where the government's work is
highly technical, simply making technical
documents available is insufficient.

Driver Guide- A driver guide will serve as both


your driver and tour guide. He is less
knowledgeable than the tour guide, but he can
provide you with the most important information,
assist you in getting around the destination, and
recommend the best photo spots.

Business or Industry Guide- These guides


are detailed tools that will assist you in planning
and carrying out your secondary market
research.
Adventure Guide- A type of tour guide who
leads a group of people on recreational and
adrenaline-pumping activities.

Tour Manager- A tour manager is someone


who helps to organize the administration for a
musical group's or artist's schedule of
appearances at a series of venues.

Interpreter- An interpreter is a computer


program that directly executes programming
or scripting language instructions.

Escort Interpreter- An escort interpreter (also


known as a travel interpreter or escorting
interpreter) can act almost as a personal
assistant, assisting clients with navigation
while on business trips.

Docent- A knowledgeable guide, especially


one who leads visitors through a museum and
provides commentary on the exhibits
