In the table above, the Learning Management Systems (LMS) are being benchmarked and are ranked
by the highest weighted unit with respect to the baseline which is one of its examples being Moodle. As you
can see, the design criteria are based on the most important aspects a learner should receive and deserve. The
highest weight count among them is “Ease-of-Use” for a learner must be able to access a program easily
without confusion of various features. “Functionality” is based on how many features the user can access
without restriction. “Data Security” is how well the user’s data is stored privately and ensured that no program
or programmer can access them. “Value for Money” is based on how the company of each LMS are strict in
terms of payments and upgrades. “Customer Support” is how responsive the company team is in dealing with
concerns and fixes the customers need.

In conclusion, the Google Classroom was in the lead and won by eight (8) points ahead of Canvas with
a score of only four (4) points. This was achieved by calculating the number of positive weighted units and
adding it with the negative weighted units of each. They are ranked by the highest weighted to the lowest one.
The data was based on positive and negative reviews the users posted on the trusted websites used.
