We have been advised by the IG1 examiner of this unit that your submitted answer sheet may contain
similar or identical content to that of other NEBOSH learners.

This has led us to believe that there may have been malpractice in the conduct of this assessment.
We will be reviewing your answer sheet.

Unfortunately this means there will be a delay to your results being issued whilst this is investigated.
Please note that until the conclusion of this investigation you will be unable to register for, or sit, any
other NEBOSH assessments.

We would be grateful if you could respond to us by 9 April 2021 and provide a written statement so
that this can be considered as part of the investigation. Please declare if the work submitted is all your
own and provide examples of any examination materials you used to complete your assessment.

Please send your response directly to postassessment@nebosh.org.uk quoting our reference

number M6073 and your NEBOSH learner number.

NEBOSH allow 10 working days from the date of this letter for NEBOSH learners and Learning
Partners to respond to allegations, and provide information where necessary. Following this, we aim
to conclude the malpractice investigation within 40 working days. We therefore aim to conclude this
investigation on or before 8 June 2021.

We will of course keep you updated if we are able to conclude the investigation before this date, or in
the unlikely event that the investigation must be extended. Once a final decision has been made, we
will advise you of the outcome within 5 working days.

We understand that this delay to your results will be disappointing but we are sure that you will
understand the need to ensure the integrity of the assessment process and to investigate all
irregularities.
