Introduction

At present, the growing market demands in terms of safety and food safety, in

traceability systems, having to comply with certain regulations at the national level

and international. The traceability system has very important implications in terms

of quality, safety and prevention. Tracking the life of a product or service can

provide enough information to know all the elements that have entered in its

production, but also all the routes that have been followed until its

commercialization.

A. What type of traceability are you going to use according to your project?

We will use a traceability system based on:

¿Qué tipo de trazabilidad va a usar según su proyecto formativo?

Utilizaremos un sistema de trazabilidad basado en:

Trazabilidad hacia atrás: donde recopilaremos la información de todos los

productos que se incorporan al proceso productivo. Al tener un gran producto y
volumen de negocios, cualquier otra cosa que no sea el uso de medios
informáticos y etiquetas RFID hace que la tarea sea prácticamente inmanejable.

Trazabilidad del proceso o intermedio: todos los procesos o tratamientos

realizados sobre el cultivo. Aquellos que puedan afectar a la seguridad y salud,

como los tratamientos fitosanitarios, son de especial importancia, por lo que será
necesario registrarlo de forma actualizada, ya sea de forma manual o
informatizada, los datos relacionados con la fecha y el motivo. del tratamiento
fitosanitario, nombre comercial, dosis, número de registro y volumen de caldo de
tratamiento.

Trazabilidad hacia adelante: para cada producto tendremos que poder decir a
quién se lo hemos vendido. Debe recopilar información como producto, variedad,
parcela, cantidad, fecha de recolección, fecha de venta, tipo y número de envases
y albarán de entrega. Destacar la importancia de la tecnología RFID en todo el
proceso, ya que permite la automatización de toda esta información con poca

¿Qué tipo de alternativas (manual o automático) implementará en su

proyecto formativo?

Se implementará una alternativa automatizada para una gestión de producción

efectiva.

Un sistema de trazabilidad con RFID te permite ser más eficiente en el uso de tus
recursos para poder digitalizar procesos y operaciones, que de otro modo serían
muy difíciles de realizar.

También es importante para los supermercados, ya que existe una presión cada
vez mayor para tener disponibilidad de producto durante todo el año y ofrecer una
excelente calidad, entendiendo la calidad en el sabor y la forma, siendo cada vez
más importante la tendencia hacia los productos listos para ordenar. comer,
ofreciendo productos en su punto óptimo de madurez para el consumo. Aquí, la
tecnología RFID es clave para controlar los productos en la cámara de maduración

project?

¿Qué tipo de beneficios traerá la trazabilidad implementada en su proyecto

formativo?
La implementación de este tipo de trazabilidad, se centrará en el cliente. Estará
relacionado con el registro de destinatarios, los lugares (ubicación), productos,
cantidad despachada, su regularidad con tiempos y cantidades de solicitud, ya que
esto ayudará a identificar y retener a los grandes clientes potenciales y sus
necesidades. Teniendo en cuenta nuestra actividad, se incorporará el tipo de
trazabilidad que corresponde o se requiere. En este sentido, la empresa
implementará el servicio al cliente para evaluar y mejorar sus productos o
servicios, algunas modalidades de este servicio serán:

 Servicio postventa
 Entrega a domicilio
 Servicio telefónico
 Transporte
 Centro de distribución (CEDI)

CONCLUSION

It is clear that traceability is an issue that has become fundamental for the new

generation of companies, and the old ones should take this issue as a challenge,

since if they do not do so, they will very surely be lagging behind in terms of

systematization and the public, that is, their clients strongly punish the lack of

commitment to the products they make since this may reflect the commitment they

have with them, with the final consumer.
