1 Polish all the cutleries left overnight

2 Put all the cutleries in the cutlery bags, close them and distrebute them

3 Prepare White Napkin for the service

4 Clean the tables, chaires and couches(with vacum cleaner)


Check that all the table station are full with the utensils, sharing plates, desserts plates,
5 water glass, folded napkin, full sprayer, plate with the towel to serve the cutlery and
one hangel.

Check that all table station are clean
7 Put the set up of the tables ( napkin holder with 5 white napkin in, handgel and make
sure to be full / achtrays for outside).

Check that all the feedback tablets are charged and distribute them on the sections
9 Check if all the micros tablets are charged, connected and ready to use them during the
shift

Check that the trays are clean and distribut them.
11 Do a final checkup about all the things that should be prepared and make sure that
everything is ready, be ready for the briefing (full uniform).

3 Make sure to empty the pot from the hot water you use to polish

7 Make sure to give the green clothes to the steward to clean them and get them back
so they will be dry in the next day.

Clean all the feedback tablets and make sure to but them on the chargers
9 Remove all the andgel, napkin holder, reservation tent, table tent, ashtrays and
pince from the tables and the service station Clean and organize

Clean all the Micros Pads and make sure to put them on the chargers

Do a final check up that all the duties are done.

ask the manager to do the check up before you leave
