Sub: Request to take necessary action and fixing the extents in PPB (Pattadhar Passbook)
and Dharani Website

I am writing this as a formal complaint and request for taking necessary action regarding the erroneous
entries made in the land record/passbook entry at the time of issuing the new passbook.

I, R.E.Kalavathi, resident of Hyderabad, holding a land in survey number 241/ 1 to an extent of 5.00
acres in the Kamareddy revenue division, Biknoor mandal, Peddamallareddy Village also presently in
position of the land. At the time of issuing the new passbooks for the land under issue, under
Telangana government, the land extent was wrongly mentioned in passbook as 4.25 (Ac.Gts) now in
dharani website again it was further made mistake by mentioning it as 2.18 (Ac.Gts). I would also like
to inform that I have applied for the demarcation/F- Line of the Field on 16/2/2019 and the surveyor
has defaulted by not giving the certified copy of Panchanama after demarcation.

The above said issue was brought in front of Bhiknoor MRO, every year from the day this mistake
came to our notice, since 2019, total three representations are given till date on dates 2/8/2019,
9/1/2020 and 6/1/2021. Despite of multiple representations there was no corrective measures been
executed by MRO. This led me to a lot of agony and ill health.

In this regard it made me to approach you with a hope of getting justice for my pray. I request you to
kindly take necessary action and do the corrections in my PPB (Pattadar Passbook) and in Dharani
Website also. Looking forward for a positive and preemptive action.

the new passbook.
We, R.E.Vishweshwar Rao & R.S.Umamaheshwar Rao, S/o R.E.Sathya Lingam, resident of Hyderabad,
holding a land in survey number 241/ఉ/5, 241/ఉ/3 to an extent of 3.02 (Ac.Gts) and 1.38 (Ac.Gts)
respectively in the name of our father, Mr.R.E.Sathya lingam, deceased on 10/08/2016 in the
Kamareddy revenue division, Biknoor mandal, Peddamallareddy Village, presently in position of the
land. We have applied for Fouthi and Successions of the land on 1/12/2017 with above reference
number. It is here by informed that Despite of complaint of not taking any action on succession of land
in issue, no action was taken by MRO Biknoor. Hence I request you to kindly look into the matter order
for necessary action.
