417 , 448/7(448/2) ,449/2 , 450/6(450/3), 448/3

Respected Sir,

We are the Resident of Khadarwadi Village Belagavi, and the Occupier farmers
of Khadrwadi village are cultivation the agricultural lands situated at khadarwadiand
the R.S. No. 407 , 408/2 ,409 , 410 , 411 , 413 , 414 , 415 , 416 , 417 , 448/7(448/2) ,449/2 ,
450/6(450/3), 448/3 (Total 190 Acres) is the lands on which the the names of Khadarwadi
farmers were reflecting at column No. 2 of item number 12 pertaining to the Possessor
of the said land as “Khadarwadi Raitjan Samayik Wahiwatdararu” since from the
year 1948 and the same was deleted without following any due process of law in the year
2004-05. I enquired about the same in Revenue office and I could not get appropriate
answer to the same hence it is my personal opinion that the said entry was removed by
playing foul play and same is deserved to be rectified, hence I am requesting your kind
office to enquire into it and take necessary action against the persons involved in this
illegal act and also to reinstate the entry at Column number 2 of item no.12 as
“Khadarwadi Raitjan Samayik Wahiwatdararu” which was illegally deleted without
following due process of law.
Sir Ji In this Land There Is A Live Drinking Water Spring Known As
“Bakappa Devastan Zara”. This Water Since More Than 100 Years Without any Motor
/Pump Set or Even Without Using Electricity, This Water Is Supplied To Our Houses Directly.
Nearly 1200 Families Depends on This Land for Cattle’s feed grass. Due To All This Reasons
there is an Intense need to Save This land
Sir We also Given Complaints PMO of Reg no PMOPG/E/2023/0205131 Dated
03.10.2023 and F.NO.21012/03/2023-LRD(E-3013150) And Following Departments of
Karnataka States. But any of in this not taking a proper action. It Seems that we are in a
Democracy or Dependency.

They have not given Proper Answer of Deleting the name “Khadarwadi Raitjan Samayik
Wahiwatdararu”
I hope your office will act immediately on this serious issue and Unroll our name
on RTC as a “Khadarwadi Raitjan Samayik Wahiwatdararu” do the needful.
