R/Sir,

The applicants submit as under:-

1. That earlier in column no.5 of the

Jamabandi of year 2002-03 applicable at the

time of filing of above application for

correction of Khasra Girdawri the name of

Garib Ram and others were reflecting as Gair

Mursi/Tenant at will. Thereafter, an

application no.3/TK was filed on 24.10.2006 by

the Proprietor of Thola Banarsi etc. in the

court of Tehsildar/A.C. 2nd Grade, Kharkhoda

camp at Sonepat titled as Mustrka Malkan Thola

Banarsi etc. Versus Garib Ram and others,

which was decided on 03.07.2007 by Sh. Vidya

Sagar Batla, the then Tehsildar/A.C. 2nd Grade,

Kharkhoda camp at Sonepat in favour of the

applicants proprietors and it was directed by

the court of A.C. 2nd Grade, Kharkhoda camp at

Sonepat that the name of the respondents be

deleted from the revenue record and be

incorporated in the name of the proprietors as

KHUD KHAST in place of name of respondents and

Rapat No.752 was endorsed in the Rapat

Rojnamcha Wakiyati on 22.08.2020 by the

present Halqka Patwari in this regard. Copy of

the order dated 03.07.2007 and Rapat are

annexed herewith.

2. That now some portion of the above

said land has been acquired by your office and

amount of compensation is to be disbursed to

the co-sharers as per their respective shares,

but it is in the mind of the applicants that

legal heirs of respondents Garib Ram and

others could raise objection regarding

distribution of amount of compensation to the

actual owners, however, the order dated

03.07.2007 is final one and has not been

challenged before any higher court of law and

binding upon the respondents and their legal

heirs.

Hence, your goodself is requested

not to release the amount of compensation of

the land comprised in Khewat NO.166 Khata

No.187 rect. and Killa No.12//19/1(3-14),

The applicants most humbly and

2. That the mutation of inheritance of

the deceased has not been entered, compared

and sanctioned so far by the Halqka Patwari,

however, as per the provisions of Land Revenue

Act, 1887 and manual, it is the duty of the

Halqka Patwari to make an entry in the Rapat

Rojnamcha Wakiyati in case of death of any

land holder/farmer in his revenue circle, but

the Halqka Patwari remains failed to perform

his duty vested in him as per the provisions

of Punjab Land Revenue Act and Manuals,

despite that the applicants are approaching to

the office of your goodself for the purpose of

enter, compare and sanction of mutation of

inheritance of deceased _____________ and the

applicants are ready to pay the Govt.

prescribed fee for the same and except the

above mentioned Legal heirs, there is no other

legal heirs of the deceased. A separate

affidavit is being filed in this regard.

It is, therefore, prayed that

necessary direction may kindly be given to

Halqka Patwari of village Garhi Bala, Tehsil

and District Sonepat to enter the mutation of

inheritance of deceased namely ______________,
