This is to certify that in the determination of the Approved Budget

for Contract ( ABC ) for P. R. No. S1-BAL21-013 for THE SUPPLY
AND DELIVERY OF MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT for Cost Center
No. 5882123 due diligence has been exercised by the undersigned and
that said ABC has been determined to be reasonable on the basis of
prevailing market prices at the time of procurement and that the
estimated cost is advantageous to the Corporation vis-à-vis the benefits
resulting from this project.
This is to further certify that there is no violation on any applicable rules
and regulations regarding splitting of Purchase Requisition/Purchase
Orders for the stated P.R.
