God's Call
BY PAUL CORRAL

God's call upon mankind

Is to plant hope in mind

Nothing to keep in all but well

The jollity of news, Gospel

To set the purpose of servitude

Spreading the ideals of the Lord

Every person seeks a multitude

Of endless hope, forged by the Word

Nothing else will my ideals be

But to sacrifice to Elohim all my flesh

Ultimate, as what it is to hear

Oh, the angelic chorus sings afresh

That's why I'm here today

Seeking permission to enter

The disciples of Jesus, waiting at bay

So to be under the Trinity forever

Ten-Thousand Flower Flames

One positive seed-thought

CHRISTIAN
Has saved me,

My entire life:

My Lord Supreme

Will always love me

DISCERNMENT No matter what I do

Or what I say

Or even what I become .

AND IT IS MY PRAYER THAT YOUR LOVE MAY

ABOUND MORE AND MORE, WITH KNOWLEDGE AND

ALL DISCERNMENT, SO THAT YOU MAY APPROVE

WHAT IS EXCELLENT, AND SO BE PURE AND

BLAMELESS FOR THE DAY OF CHRIST.

- PHILIPPIANS 1:9–10

Majestic Reflection by Jed Cuadra :

In life, we face countless choices every day. The decisions

we make define the next step in our lives. This is the reason

why we need to ask for God’s guidance so we may choose

to do what is good and what is right. One way of reaching

out for God’s help is through prayer. We must ask God to

give us a discerning heart so that we can seek to discover

His will. By doing so, we get to know more about God's plan

for our lives. We must put our trust and faith in Him so that

we can also grow closer to Him. As Christians, we should

always remember to determine what God wants us to do. In

every situation, we must pause and reflect before making

hasty and unwise decisions. Discernment enables us to

make wise choices with the right judgement. Through

developing our relationship with God, we can discern what

He wants us to do and what He wants us to become.

FOLLOWING HIS FOOTSTEPS AS A YOUTH

It is undeniable that the sudden change in

- - ROMANS 12: 1-2 distractions that can be obstacles towards

the growth of many young Catholic's faith.

As young followers of Christ, it is important that

our actions reflect His will, even as we use social

media. Here are some ways we can do that.

BE NICE
In a platform where there is more talking than

listening , this might be more challenging

than you think. Act like how God wants you to

act towards your neighbors.

THINK BEFORE YOU POST

Before clicking that post button , it is important

to go over what you have written. We must be

careful of what we post on the internet as to

not offend other people.

SHARE HIS LOVE

One way of promoting our faith in social media is

by sharing His words such as the scriptures or

bible verses. Another way is by giving support to

those who are in need. This way we are able to let

others feel His love even through the internet.

Modern-Day
"What a beautiful Name it is, the Name of

Jesus Christ my King," a crowd of young

Christian devotees raise their arms high up in

the air, some crying with snot running down

their nostrils, some deep in prayer. I was an

onlooker. To me, it was just another worship

song to sing in the shower by Hillsong

Worship.
A LOOK INTO WHAT I THINK IT ENTAILS

TO BE MESSENGERS OF THE WORD

It would only be later in my life when I

BY REIBEN JAY DENAGA realized that this was a song of solidarity, a

song for modern disciples.

In my opinion, being a modern-day disciple

means practicing what we've learned from

listening in the church to real life. Things like

morals from verses and readings shouldn't just

pass through the left ear and out the other

end. In addition, a modern-day disciple

preaches and informs others with the use of

the internet. Do note that when posting, one

must truly understand what they are posting

and its significance to the human experience.

Finally, a modern-day disciple should have a

good understanding of the human heart and

Christian discernment to fully comprehend

what it entails to be one.

Now, I understand. Fulfilling all of these at

once is a bit difficult, but don't fret. Take it

step by step. God is patient.

Iesu, Panis Vitae
Celebration of Earthly Vocation

WE REALIZE THE IMPORTANCE OF JESUS IN

OUR EARTHLY VOCATION AS THE FOUNT OF

LIFE ON WHICH WE CELEBRATE THE GRACE

OF GOD ETERNAL

BY PAUL CORRAL

In all our lives, Jesus is our sole inspiration in our

lives who is both Human and Divine. Through this, we

are called to our very own vocation to serve the Lord

with all our hearts - no reservations. As we venture

the Earth, every step we take is a path which the

Father has seen fit for us. Well, we do often doubt

our faith in Him, but I think it is by this trial of fealty

on which we fundamentally see the majesty of the

Triune God - three at the same time, one. Of course,

we need something to sustain us - to give us

inspiration from time to time. Ultimately, we may be

able to fully realize that we can attain this, again,

through Jesus - the Bread of Life, the Paschal

Sacrifice.

In the song "Iesu, Panis Vitae", the excerpt is to

ponder and reflect on which can help discern our

personal vocation:

Jesus, Food divine, be our strength each day

So we don't tire as we witness to your love and care

To those in greater need, both near and far away

May we lead them back to you, all those who've

gone astray

We may be either in the Laity or Clergy, but all of

us have a purpose to fulfill. So let us do our best, as

always.
