What happened?

I’m feeling stress right now because of the school works


and my mental health is getting worse.

My thoughts
When I give up already and I put my thoughts first, then
my fight will end. What about my dreams? What about my
dreams for my family? If I give up immediately, all of my
goals and dreams will disappear. I can't get everything I
want and I can't give my family a good life.

Naming

We all name our experience “crisis”, “bad as usual”, “a great challenge” are
names you might give to things that happen.

Pick a recent upsetting experience. Describe it in a few words.


 My friends invited me to sleep over but my mother wouldn't let me because of the
pandemic so I was mad at her. I felt guilty because that's why she didn't allow me
because it was also for my safety.

Is there a positive name you could give it? (learning experiences, chance to change,
etc.)
 In my observation I found out that I improve my learning skills and I am no longer
childish as before.

 I’m getting a high grades in this school year.
 My mother and father is a covid19 positive.
 After a few weeks my mother and father recovered and now they are getting
stronger.
 I met new friends in my new school they are kind and friendly.
 These months I feel like I don't belong to my old friends anymore.
