Automation of Autoclave Project Agreement

Date: 2/1/2021 Proposal No: 2013

This agreement is made between the first party Fawad sab/pharmaceutical industry and second
party Muhib ur Rehman.

First party agrees that they will responsible for:

1. Complete supervision/information/specification of their Autoclave system hardware.
2. Complete supervision of their autoclave head/responsible person that will operate autoclave
on completion of this project, in other case general autoclave program will be made by
programmer.
3. First party should clear their all remaining payment at time of installation of Control
panel/PLC/HMI on their premises.
4. Any change in system or Extra material that required other than material and quantity
mentioned in quotation no 2013; First party should pay for it.
5. After installation of control panel each Visit will be charged by programmer worth 10k.

Second party agrees that they will responsible for:

1. Availability of soft and hard of PLC program.
2. PLC should run as per guide line given by autoclave Head/Operator/responsible person at
time of software development.
3. Installation of Breaker for PLC/HMI
4. Every I/O’s indication on HMI screen that used in PLC program.
5. Indication of autoclave Current Temperature readings on HMI screen.
6. Indication of autoclave Current Pressure reading on HMI screen.
7. Representation of Temperature and Pressure reading in graphically form of current running
badge on HMI screen.
8. HMI should have Printer port.
9. Installation of Feed fan for heat exhaust.
10.Control panel (3feet x 3feet) with installed following Hardware and their wiring inside the
panel mention in table given below
