different streams of engineering and other departments.

Desired Candidate

 - The desired candidate will have a bachelors or masters in Mechanical / Electrical /
Civil / Matlab / Mathematics / Chemistry / Physics / Accounts / Economics / Finance
with grade more than 60%. -

- He/She will have a good rank in GATE/IES or NET-JRF/IIT- JAM(Preferred rank

under AIR 3000). -

- He/She will be willing to learn new concepts & skills over a period of time -

- Must have sound and diversified subject knowledge -

- Should be proficient with computer & use of the Internet.He/She will be willing to
work in rotational shift -

Tutor's hiring process

 Step 1.

Start with providing us your resume/Gate score card/ESE score card, your
qualifications and tell us about yourself .

Step 2.

After providing us your details, you will have to undergo a subject test so that we
can check your subject knowledge. 

Our team will send you a few questions through WhatsApp and give you a certain
time period to solve them. If your performance is satisfactory in the test, you will
qualify for Step 3. 

Generally we take 2 tests from tutor’s to test their knowledge in subjects they’re
proficient at.

Step 3.

Once we’ve evaluated your performance through subject tests, you will be under
training for 2 months. 

During the training period, we will provide you with standard books from different
subjects, and questions to be solved. 

We will assign an expert to guide you during this period. The expert will instruct you
on how to solve different problems and be your mentor. 

For every completed subject during this period, you will get paid according to the
subject price mentioned below:

 Step 4.

During the training period, whenever you have covered 40% of subjects (ex: 3
subjects out of 6 mathematics subjects) you will receive your payment. 

Next, you can start working with us on a salary basis. The starting salary ranges from
12,000 to 20,000 depending on your experience & expertise.

Step 5.

Start working with us as a tutor and keep learning more subjects for regular
increments in salary.

Our priority is to work with tutors who are willing to learn and add more subjects to
their list of expertise.

Step 6.

Keep learning and keep earning. We will ensure that your working relationship is as
swift as possible.

Type of work we will assign you

Sessions

During sessions you will get 50 minutes time ( in 90% cases) But sometimes a
session can be of 90 min also. (The session duration will be informed to you
beforehand)

 Suppose in one session you get 4 subjective type questions, then you will have to
send the solutions in a sequence. If you start with question 2, send the complete
solution for it first, then go for the next. 

You will use CamScanner for scanning your solutions, and if one question takes
more than one page, send the 1st page first and then go for the second. 

All in all, every solution has to be sent in a sequential manner. 

Note: Always send session solutions in IMAGE form.

Quiz

For solving quizzes, you will only get 7 to 10 minutes time in which you will have to
solve 1 or 2 small questions.

You will scan the solutions using the CamScanner app and send it to us. 

Note: Always send Quiz answers in image form.

Homework/Assignments/Projects

For homework and assignments you will get sufficient time ( 6 hours, 12 hours ,1 day
or 3 days etc)

And once you complete the assignment, you will scan it using CamScanner and
send it to us.

Do not forget to put the final answer in a side-box, and also write the unit outside of
the box if required. 

Note: Scanned solutions will always submit in PDF form.
