1. Slow growth of the company

III: SYSTEM AFFECTED

1. Structural - the company will filled of inattentive members


2. Psycho social - not properly distributed the information needed by all members
3. Technical - information will not spread
4. Managerial - inactive during meetings
5. Goals and values - disrespecting CEO of the company

IV: ALTERNATIVES
Some alternative techniques that may Ernie do is to set a party for all the
members of the company for them to build a communication to each other and
for them to discuss whether they have personal problem that cause of being
inactive to any meetings they have.

V: RECOMMENDATIONS

Ernie should practice handling people and practice handling large company or
private company.

1. What could be the reason why Ernie is not very successful in his current position?

For me the reason why Ernie is not very successful in his current position is
maybe he is not that proficient in handling a very large company. He is more proficient
in handling states universities.

2. What must Ernie do?

I think Ernie should learn more on ow to manage their people and how to make
them follow on what he will say.
