Action Requested:
1. I request all faculty kindly register with Google scholar, Publons researchers web of
science Id, Microsoft ID, ORCID and scopus (if you have article) and provide the
details in the above sheet. Those who are having all pls. cross verify your details and
update if any in the above sheet.
2. If your name is missing in the above excel, then you are requested to kindly register in
all above and get your all IDS and register yourself in Vidwan. (details are given
below)

3. After updating the above sheet pls. update your vidwan portal also with all above IDs,
there is option in vidwan portal to update the all IDs. Pls. update in your vidwan
portal.

Steps to Follow:
Step 1 : Open the above link for the excel file contains your individual details
Step 2: pls. cross verify your details such as name, designation, phone no, email id first
Step 3: You have to fill the below data such as Google scholar ID, researcher ID (publons
web of science), Microsoft academic ID,ORCID, Scopus ID.
Step 4: If already filled pls. cross verify the data and modify if any changes are there
Step 6: Other IDs such as Google scholar ID, researcher ID (publons researcher’s web of
science), ORCID, and Microsoft academic ID is mandatory to provide in the above Google
sheet. So register / sing up and get individual IDs for the all and fill the columns given in the
sheet.
Step 7: Pls. verify that your Google scholar profile is lined with TCE Google scholar if not
pls. do the needful (details are given in the below for how to make your profile public and
link with TCE )
Step 8: Most of the Scopus profile are not connected with ORCID, pls. connect with ORCID
to avoid name duplication (Details given below how to connect scopus and orcid)
Step 9: Most of our faculty are not claimed your Web of science articles so your individual h
index and citation are missing in author profile. So pls. do get your publons researchers ID
and claim your articles (Reference videos and guide given below)

above and start connect your scopus profile with ORCID. There are some steps to follow, just
click all and submit. (if you are not having ORCID pls. register and get the same)
It is mandate to connect your profile with ORCID, in future once your paper published in
Scopus, ORCID platform will automatically update and upload the paper details in your page.
