Do you prefer to spend your free time alone or with other people?

I think it has to depend on the situation as well. Sometimes, I don't have a lot of energy when I get home
after school, I'd rather just stay at home and lounge about. I feel like a couch potato, just eat and watch
TV. But on other occasions, I believe that hanging out with a group of friends can be great fun. You can
seek excitement by attending cultural events or other activities ...You know, the more the merrier.

What do you do in your spare time? (leisure pursuit)

Well, I'm in my first year at university and my major is software engineering. So, I have to work at a
computer all day. It affects a lot to my health. As I do quite a lot of exercise whenever I have the luxury
of time. To be honest, I like to keep in shape. I often run every morning as I don't need to undergo
training or buy any expensive equipment just to do this activity. In fact, running is my way to maintain
my health and relieve my work-related stress

Sometimes we have to work overtime out of working hours. I admit that when we work, we should give
it our all. But I think it should be controlled at drawing a line between work and private time. Don't be a
nervous wreck that you will lose the job, you win some and you lose some.

WE CAN SPEND MONEY TO MAKE MONEY, BUT WE CAN'T SPEND MONEY TO MAKE TIME

As I have mentioned before. The hardest challenge is to be yourself in a world where everyone is trying
to make you be somebody else.

We must spend time to groom ourselves, do something to refresh, rejuvenate and enjoy our life

GIẢM STRESSS

There are a lot of things to manage yourself when you're under pressure, such as: set aside some
downtime, slow down or take a breather, so on... To me, participating in an outdoor sport such as
badminton is a great way to cope with stress. It refreshes my mind and cheers me up a lot. Besides,
cooking delicious dishes for the family also helps me feel relaxed after stressful hours at school

I think there is a myriad of things that could generate stress for us. Well, some people may have to face
problems related to financial burden, in which they may not have enough money to pay for their
children’s education and increasing house rent. (Example) Besides, other people have stress because of
the heavy workload and related responsibilities at the workplace. Those are two among a number of
justifications in modern life that can put many people under pressure.

DESCRIBE HOW YOU GOT INTERESTED IN A HOBBY

I have never really been in any short of hobbies as I always like to try new and interesting things. But,
one particular hobby, which has stuck with me more or less always is that I was crazy about computers.
My older brother is a computer engineer. When I was a kid, he was always taking me to his workplace.
And I used to sit next to him and watch him write code and create game development programming.
And I realize that I have been falling in love with it, so I decided to get serious and make it a real hobby.
Now, I'm on the way to make my dream come true, I'm learning about software engineering at FPT
University.

Actually, I have a project and that is also the driving force behind my passion. I want to create an
operation management model of the wastewater system in factories
