Future
As promised to the late grandfather,
Julian Dycaico Jr., the family doesn't
have any plans to demolish or sell the
property and will be an inheritance to
future generations. According to our
interviewee, Rodrigo Segaya, the
personal bodyguard and caretaker of
the ancestral house for 28 years, the
family will keep their promise to the
late Julian Dycaico jr. and will only
rent out the property as what Mrs.
Lourdes Dycaico did. "Ay Hindi po ma'am, si boss po walang balak po na
ipa-demolish o sirain ang bahay dahil pamana daw
po ito sakanya ni lola..."
