happened then

D — Disputation

Actively dispute the beliefs that break your life balance and send you into the downward spiral. This is
where you practice arguing with yourself in a productive way.

E — Energization

When you have been effective in disputing the problem beliefs, you feel an influx of energy, a sense of
renewed hope, or at least of peacefulness.

Question 2 (b)

The situation where i faced a problem and how i dealt with them.

When i was in class 12 i have selected my stream in commerce and i have lots of problem in account
because there was lots of numerical.

And i am very bad in numericals, so i am very depressed like how should i do this i got back in accounts
too in my mid term examination then my parents was not happy with me i remember that was the
worst moment where parents were disappointed by me, then i do started very hard work in accounts
and i started coaching of account still i am not so good because of myself i already situated in my mind
that i cant do numerical until i proved myself wrong i do lots of hard work all day and night study .

And somewhere there is also my fault i take account very easy by starting so i accepted my fault and
started a hard work on it day and i solve numerical afterall this that was my 12 board exam i have to be
prepared for that my final examination.
Some point i lost my hope but i have started my hard work my work give me all hope and boost me up
and energies me

And make me belief that i can do with all.and good

Every thing is possible so why this cant be, so i Equal my day and night and work hard with all my hand
dealt with my problem and in last i was so good in accounts i achieved 65 marks out of 80.

20 marks was of practical the day i got my board result i was so tensioned amd loaded on my mind
whats going to happen for my result again i dont want to disappoint my parents ,but after result
everything is changed like i dont beleive myself i do this good in my account paper.

My parents was so happy for me, and that day i believe by hard work only u can do anything can change
your life

This is my all evertime and big problem and by this i dealt with them.
