To whom it may concern;

I am writing this letter to inform you that we have received the Summary of Balance
issued by your good office. Period covered is from January- July 2021. This is in relation
with the rental fees from one of your commercial space located at 612 Trinidad St.
Quiapo, Manila City.

As stated, the outstanding balance is 544, 252.80. The undersigned shall give P
100,000.00 on or before 5 September 2021. To add, the undersigned will give
P10,000.00 on the succeeding months until the obligation is fulfilled.
