METHODOLOGY OF PRE-PRIMARY SECTION

Our Methodology exposes the naturally curious minds to conditions that can
evoke freedom of thought and expression. We organize different types of
competition that help the child to improve; it leads to yield better products
and results and promotes growth.
School is not only the temple of knowledge, but it is the best place to have
fun, make friends and create beautiful memories to cherish all lifelong.

REGGIO METHODOLOGY

Reggio methodology is an educational philosophy focused on preschool and

primary education. It is a pedagogy described as student centred and
constructivist that uses self-directed experiential learning in relationship
driven environments. Our motto for using this methodology is
 Children are capable to construct their own learning.
 Children are collaborators and learn through interaction within their
communities.
 Children are natural communicators and should be encouraged to express
themselves.
This methodology guides us on our mission to provide a safe and nurturing
environment that promotes knowledge and inspires a lifelong love of learning.
Teachers are partners, nurturers and guides who help facilitate the
exploration of children’s interests and work on short and long term projects.
Parents are partners in education too. Parents are always invited to play an
active role in their Childs learning experiences as well as help to ensure the
welfare of the children in the community around them.

 The idea to introduce the concepts of science through fun filled
curriculum-based experiments and projects.
 We ignite the curiosity of children and help them to architect their own
science projects & models. These fun filled experiments introduce
creativity and innovation in young minds and impart a sense of
achievement.

SOCIAL SCIENCE LABORATORY:

Environment plays a great role in imparting education. The atmosphere of social
studies laboratory will help the students on the subject. So, the special room will
affect the child psychologically and inspire him/her to study the subject
attentively. Social science is a subject which offers a systematic study of a man
in relation to his society. Social science club is an integral part of the co-curricular

ATHENAEUM-The Library (Knowledge sharing room)
Student life is the life of learning. Freedom is the keyword for the libraries.
Readers are allowed to read what they like. It provides a flexible space with a wide
and inclusive range of resources to support learning and teaching throughout the
school. It has a vibrant role in the development of a culture that promotes wider
reading, motivated readers and learners for life. It is combined with English
Language Lab and Social Science Lab.

FIELD TRIP – An Experiential Learning

Going on an educational trip means more than simply leaving the school grounds.
Educational trips should always have a major educational element, but the impact
of educational trips can extend much further. The importance of educational trips
includes giving students a chance to build closer bonds with their classmates,
experience new environments and enjoy a day away from the classroom.
Educational field trip is a progressive method learning by which the student goes
through the necessary learning experiences under the leadership and guidance of
the teacher. They are helpful to develop the complete personality of students like
their physical, mental, social and emotional development. Educational field trips
give students the opportunity to have first-hand experiences and to explore the
world. Field trips help students interact with what they are learning. The
experience goes beyond reading
about a concept; students are
able to see it, manipulate it or
participate in it physically.
Students are able to see
elements with their eyes rather
than reading about it and
believing what they are told
because it's in print.
