BARREL WASHER
Dirt and honing debris are every hydraulic systems’ worst
enemies. HEMS’s CBW-300 Cylinder Washer guarantees that
cylinders will be contaminant free when they are reassembled
and reinstalled into the field.
The CBW-300 uses rotating pressure spray nozzles and rotating

brushes to make repaired cylinders factory clean. A powerful 12
GPM diaphragm pump that flushes out all the debris quickly. Two
sets of brushes handle cylinders with from 4 to 13 1/2” bores.
Cleaning solution, dirt and debris don’t go down the drain. The
effluent exits the cylinder under a splash guard to keep the work
area clean and dry. It then passes through 25 micron filter bags
that cleans the solution, returning it to the Washer tank for reuse. A
second filter stack will filter the solution down to 3 microns. Debris
is trapped by the filter bags and disposed of with the shop’s dry
waste. It’s a system designed for maximum productivity and to
help avoid OSHA and EPA violations.

HEMS Hydraulic Torque Wrench series are designed for the
removal and tightening of shoe bolts of most of the small,
medium and large sizes of Track Chains. The wrench has
two speeds, one for low speed and high torque for the initial
removal or final tightening of the bolts and high speed and
low torque for quick removal of the bolt or initial screwing of
the bolt during tightening.

HEMS HE-MF-20 series oil filtration and low vacuum dehydration systems are high-end technology
machines popularly used to remove dissolved, emulsified and free moisture in oil. A very thin film of
oil is allowed to spread evenly on a fountain like evaporation plate, under a warm and un-saturated

The combination of welded, steel, heavy duty chassis with it’s 3-inch ground clearance make it

HCM-CS
HOSE CUTTING AND SKIVING MACHINE
HEMS HCM-CS is the best way to begin hydraulic hose
coupling! This 2-in-1 solution to the initial phase of hose
coupling offers safety and solidarity in all it’s results.
Hoses can be cut and skived precisely, with all excess
dust collected in an internal tray, to the perfect size for
your application. The 250mm steel blade boasts the
ability to cut DN50 hoses.
This machine is offered in 12V, 110V, 220V and 400V power
supply options, making it ideal for portable operation,

Coupling Machines, offer unmatched
safety and simplicity in regular
maintenance of hydraulic systems. HEMS
HCM range varies in size, depending on
your application, and is certain to have the
solution to joining couplings to hydraulic
hoses.
HEMS Hose Coupling Machines make for

quick, easy operation and efficient pairing
of hydraulic hoses. Each machine is
supplied with different sets of attachments
to join different sized hoses and couplings.
Attachment sets slot into master holes in the
throat of the machine and can be changed
at ease between jobs. Additionally, charts
come with the machines to clearly indicate
which attachments are needed for the job!
Setting, adjustment and operation are
simple. It’s micrometer gauge allows swift
swage size setting of the workhead. Your
Coupling machine will indicate that you
have met the desired size with a ‘set size
reached’ light on the control panel.
All machines have very simple snap-in

attachment sets to prepare your machine
correctly for the application!

HEMS HCM-20 series offers deceptively powerful swaging capacities, despite it’s STANDARD ATTACHMENT SETS
