INGREDIENTS:
1. 3 eggs
2. Salt and pepper
3. Pan with 7 inches

STEPS:
1. crack on it side a bowl
2. pinch of salt and pepper
3. pan with medium heat put a little oil and a knob of butter into the pan
4. whisk up the eggs poor into the pan
5. for the first 20 seconds, bring in the eggs from the sides
6. after about 30 seconds, squiggle the eggs around one last time and turn the heat
down a bit
7. putting a little bit cheedar cheese over the omelette
8. low heat pan for 40 seconds
9. if the egg changed color, you get slice.
10. Finally you serve it in the middle plate.
INGREDIENTS:
1) 2 portions of noodles
2) 1/2 can of coconut milk
3) 2 teaspoons of peanut butter (or almond butter) and sesame oil
4) 1 pack of mushrooms, about 250g
5) a pinch of cayenne pepper
6) 1 teaspoon of brown rice miso
7) 1/2 lime
8) a couple of spring onions
9) 1 fresh chilli to serve
10) sprinkling of sesame seeds to serve
11) Salt and pepper
12) Olive oil
STEPS:
1) Boil the kettle and put your noodles on to cook.
2) Add about half a can of coconut milk
3) Sauté the mushrooms until they are soft.
4) Add two big teaspoons of peanut butter
5) Add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper for heat.
6) The lime adds sweetness and makes the dish lighter.
7) Brown rice miso has a saltier flavour than white miso.
8) You could add other vegetables, like spinach
