and lot, furniture and appliances,
jewelries, automobiles, and cash
are reffered to as the family’s
material resources.

Real properties and jewelries increase


in value over time while the value of
furniture, appliances, and automobiles
depreciates or go down as they get old
or worn out.

Time, health, and experience


are intangible resources but
are also important.
