APPARATUSES IN FORENSIC CHEMISTRY INVESTIGATION IN COLLECTING, HANDLING AND LABORATORY

PROCEDURES
Functions/Uses:

1. BEAKER - use as a container, like a cup, maybe heated.

2. TEST TUBE - many uses can be heated.

3. GRADUATED CYLINDER - used to measure volume.

4. FLASK - maybe heated

5. EVAPORATED DISH - used as a container for small amount of liquid being evaporated.

6. FUNNEL - used to pour liquids into containers which have a small opening, for example bottles.

7. CRUCIBLE AND COVER - used to heat small amout of solid material at high temperature.

8. ALCOHOL BURNER - used to heat chemicals in breaker or test tube.

9. BURET - used in the preparation solutions.

10. THONGS - used to pick-up or hold apparachute.

11. TWEEZER - used to pick-up small objects or pulling out hairs or spinzers.

12. DROPER - used to transfer small amounts of liquid.

13. WATCH GLASS - maybe used as a breaker cover maybe used in evaporating very small amounts of
liquid.
