Client : A Premium Insulation & Roofing Manufacturer
Duration : Sep’20 – Till Date (11 Months)

Description:

Our Client is an American company in Manufacturing that develops and produces insulation, roofing,
and fiberglass composites and related materials and products. It is the world ‘s largest manufacturer
of fiberglass composites. My client has been a Fortune 500 company every year since the list was
created in 1955. My client uses SAP TM 9.4 integrated with ECC for all its Transportation and
Enterprise necessities. In TM, my client uses most of the functionalities starting from Order
integration, Planning, Execution and settlement.

Responsibilities:

⮚ As a SAP TM functional consultant working in the Project Team, my goal is to focus on the
customer’s requirements that are articulated in form of defects to us.
⮚ My responsibility is in understanding the issues or the changes the business is facing/wanting
in the Business processes.
⮚ One of my major focus here was working SAP TM Collaboration portal enhancements and
improvements. There were lot of requests and issues from customer business team on the
collaboration portal. So, we started a project specifically for Collaboration portal (Dispute
Management, Custom reports) and fixed all the issues in Agile way of working.
 ⮚ I was also leading the solution design for all the major optimization defects from offshore and
delivering them to client. I have designed and developed a custom rate upload/download

Description:

Our Client is an integrated container logistics company. Connecting and simplifying trade to help their
customers grow and thrive. With a dedicated team of over 80.000, operating in 130 countries; they
go all the way to enable global trade for a growing world. The client uses SAP TM on S4 HANA 1909
for their different business scenarios, which includes using Order management, Planning, Execution
and charge management, Settlement in SAP TM.

Responsibilities:

⮚ As a SAP TM functional consultant working in one among various work streams in the
project, my goal is to focus on the customer’s requirements that are articulated in user stories.
We worked using SAP Activate methodology for the Project.
⮚ My responsibility was in business requirement gathering, analysis, showing the possible
solutions to the customer and helping them to evaluate the most suitable to their business
and designing functional Specifications, configurations.
 ⮚ I was mostly responsible to design and develop the complete Charge Management,
Forwarding Agreement Management and Forwarding Agreement Quotation Management in
the LTA (Lead to Agreement) area of the Project.
⮚ I have given multiple the system demos to the customer, to help them get the look and feel
of the system and the functionalities which we developed. I was appreciated by many during
the demos for the clear and simple presentations.
⮚ I have also been part of team who designed and developed the Quote to Contract functionality
in SAP on the customer side of the business. In this we have used Forwarding agreement
quotation and its relevant functionalities.
⮚ In the Forwarding agreement management, Quote to Contract flow, I have designed some of
the niche functionalities, like, the Automatic Rate Building and Rate Builder Cockpit.

calculation logic for different scenarios as per the client’s requirement which involved
determination through condition table, All the charge management master data and their
structures like, Service Product Catalogs & Service Products, forwarding agreements,
Forwarding agreement quotations, Calculation sheets, rate tables etc., All templates for the
FWAQ and charge master objects.
⮚ We have used Focus Build for working on our work items individually and later
transporting the developments to succeeding systems in an Agile way of working.
⮚ I have also played important role in helping my team and other teams in understanding and
designing the requirements in perspective of end to end teams.

Description:

Our Client is a Telecom company, offers services, software and infrastructure in information and
communications technology for telecommunications operators, traditional telecommunications
and Internet Protocol (IP) networking equipment, mobile and fixed broadband, operations and
business support services, cable television, IPTV, video systems, and an extensive services operation.
The client uses SAP TM 9.5 for all the planning, execution and billing of transports.
Responsibilities:

⮚ I am part of a team from offshore (India) and we are responsible for Maintenance and support
the client in their daily business processes.
⮚ I have been a key player during the short span of time in buildings confidence for customer in
our daily operations and fixing issues.
⮚ As a part of TM Maintenance and support team, I have handled Maintenance and Support
related topics i.e., Incident management (L2) and Problem management (L3) and
Maintenance tasks (bug fixes).
⮚ Once we have a new change request or a ticket/request for a topic, we take the
topic and try to understand it first, and then do the root cause analysis (RCA) and then we
come with possible solutions or the changes that has can be done in the system.
⮚ Our day-to-day issues come from various areas like TM integration with ECC, integration with
LSP, Master Data, and TCM etc.
⮚ With my experience in support and maintenance, I have suggested multiple process
Improvements ideas to the team in order to be more efficient and solve tickets at a faster

Our Client is a global Automotive Manufacturing company, which provides its customers revolutionary
Cars. We provide support for complete freight billing for all the Transports (passenger cars, Spare
Material parts, Special cars etc.) using SAP TM 8.0/8.1.

Responsibilities:

⮚ I lead a team of four people from offshore and we are responsible for developing all new
changes to the client and support the client in any kind of issues they face daily.
⮚ I have successfully managed in handling resources and delivering the client on time and got
appreciation from my supervisors.
 ⮚ As a part of TM Maintenance and support team, I have handled Maintenance and Support
related topics i.e., Incident management (L2) and Problem management (L3) and
