1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE. ACCESS AND USE OF THE


ACI314DesignAids IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF THESE ACI MOBILE APP TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF USE ("TERMS AND CONDITIONS"). BY PUSHING THE "I AGREE" BUTTON,
