Question 08: Who is eligible for the offer?

Answer: All Standard Chartered Bank BDT credit card holders (Conventional & Saadiq) are eligible
for this offer and to avail the cashback offer customer must enrol for 0% InstaBuys with 24 & 36
months.

Question 09: What if a customer only purchases iPhone 13 Series but does not enrol for 0%
InstaBuys 24/36 months?
Answer: If a customer only purchases iPhone 13 Series and does not enrol for 0% InstaBuys for
24/36 months, then customer will not be eligible for the cashback offer.

Question 10: What if customer purchases multiple iPhone 13 Series?

Answer: If customer purchases multiple iPhone 13 Series then s/he will get BDT 10,000.00 cash
back for each purchase, but the customer needs to make separate transactions for each purchase
to enrol for 0% InstaBuys for 24 & 36 months.

Question 11: When iPhone 13 devices deliveries will start?

Answer: Device delivery will start from 29 October 2021 & Device delivery schedule will be the
sole discretion of merchants

Question 12: What if the customer purchases iPhone 13 Phone after the pre-order Period?
Answer: If a customer purchases iPhone 13 Phone after the pre-order Period (28th October 2021),
the customer will not eligible for cashback offer but s/he will get regular 0% InstaBuys offer from
selected authorized stores. (If stocks are available).

Question 13: When will customer get the cashback in his/her account?
Answer: Customer will get the cashback in his/her account by 25th of the subsequent month. i.e. if
the customer purchases iPhone 13 on 29th October 2021 & transfer the transaction to 0%
InstaBuys plan on 05th November 2021, then s/he will get his/her cashback by the 25th of
December 2021.

Question 14: Are Supplementary cardholders eligible for the offer?

Answer: Yes, both the Primary & Supplementary cardholders are eligible for the offer, but
cashback will only be given to the primary account.
