DEFINITIONS OF ART

1. Art is the product of thought provoking creative human activity in which materials are

shaped or selected to convey ideas, ideas, emotion, or visually interesting forms.

2. Art is a means of self expression, but for this expression to be really artistic, it must

create pleasing forms which satisfy our sense of beauty.

3. Art is the expression of feelings and ideas using the medium available to communicate

with the audience.
