PROCESS: Exploring your career preferences

When deciding what to do next the temptation is to ‘pick a job title’. However, your work
preferences are made up of many elements, such as the type of organisation you would like to work
for, the environment in which you work, your motivation towards work and the skills you would like
to use and develop.

The PROCESS Model can help you to consider what is important to you in your job search and
career planning.
