It is we, the Indians, who are resourceful and began to take the reins of many MNCS. Now- a- days, possessing an MBA degree from a reputed institution gives us a very good take off. The students of management studies learn several ways to reach the destination. The genesis of KAIZEN is the brain child of MBA department. It is rechristened so, keeping in view the aspirations of the students. The acronym KAIZEN stands for K-----Key To A-----Ambitious & I------Intellectual Z-------Zone Of E-------Excellence In N-------Novelty The punch line of KAIZEN is Never Stop Learning. The master strategist Krishna became a friend, philosopher, a beacon who could show the way from time to time & kept their hopes from flagging. Led Pandavas to victory without lifting a single weapon.

MBA department comprises seasoned faculty with long rich experience coming from diverse backgrounds, i.e. from industries. Our department geared with an adequate infrastructure & all other requisites to impart value based management education with creative & scientific training methods.

KAIZEN is a Japanese method of business management. As the students of MBA, we are in dire need of creativity, innovation with little changes consistently. This, in turn, improves productivity, safety and effectiveness. We strongly believe that we, MBA students, should move beyond academics to gain exposure and constantly adding something new, so that we can have cutting edge over others by being learning curve.
