1. Describe my favorite photo

I take a lot of photos so it’s hard for me to pick just one, but if I had to I would
choose a photo of the sunset on the beach. That was an image that lingers in my
mind the most intensely. The whole picture is covered in warm orange red
tones. It was a late afternoon, when the people in the beach were nearly over.
The joyful, colorful of the umbrellas, though full of colors with the waves,
floating buoys, rubber boats are no more. The sun, a fiery orb, looks like it’s
gradually receding into the waters below. The sky consists of an assortment of
shades, a blend of reds, oranges and yellows. The contrast created between the
dark waters and the luminous sky makes the horizon look like a meeting of two
worlds – the known and the unknown. It’s breathtakingly beautiful. Peace,
Serenity, Contentment, A mixture of all of these creates the unmatched feeling
that overwhelms me every time I look at this picture. The photo will be kept
forever so that I will never forget to feel in such a place of natural beauty, it’s
reminding us more about protecting nature and the earth.

2. Describe the place where i live (my hometown)

Hai Phong - a port city of courage, determination, a city with many beautiful
scenes, a place with gentle and sweet people - is the place where I was born and
raised. Hai Phong is the second largest city in the northern part of Vietnam,
bordering the East Sea, which have many port in so we called it a port city. If
you have ever visited Hai Phong, I am sure you will enjoy the weather. The
intense, dazzling sunlight of the summer, the showers come and then go again,
the blue sky is cloudless. If you walk along both sides of the road, you will hear
tingling sounds, birds chirping in the foliage and especially your eyes will be

overwhelmed in the red of the Royal poinciana. Therefore, Hai Phong is also
known as the Flamboyant City. Do son is a famous tourist destination in Hai
Phong. It is famous for pine forest, the high-rise villas, coconut trees ... Every
year Do Son also organizes a buffalo fighting festival which attracts many
people from all over the country. I love Hai Phong city, love the color of
phoenix flowers in the early sunshine. Therefore i will manage studying well to
contribute to develop my home town strongly
