Re: Construction/Rehabilitation Multipurpose Building at Barangay 250 Zone 23, Manila City

Dear Engr. Lazaro,

We would like to ask for your assistance regarding the clearing of Jim Lopez Hall to give way for the
ongoing construction of the said project. There are issues currently arising among adjacent residential occupants
on which they are requesting to avoid demolition of common wall that will eventually disrupt and cause
inconvenience on their end, namely:

1) Right side – Residence is directly adjacent to the existing Jim Lopez Hall
2) Left side – 29 units of Maynilad water meter are directly adjacent to the existing building
3) Front side – 15 units of Maynilad water meter are directly adjacent to the existing building
4) Rear side – Roofing of structure is directly adjacent to existing Jim Lopez Hall
