A proposal project of Brgy. Union to construct a two-storey Multi-purpose Building.

The office of Barangay Union in Gamu, Isabela seeks to design and construct a multi-purpose
building. This will be a two-storey structure which consist of 3 offices and warehouse for
barangay equipments and machineries. The main purpose is to be environmentally responsible
and resource-efficient, taking advantage of renewable resources. The project proposal must
identify the most fitting system for the situation without risking the design and safety of the
people. In this project proposal, the support of Municipal Engineering Office of Gamu to
design the building which is intended for different purposes such as a venue for SK Office,
Senior citizen Office, Lupon Tagapamayapa Office and a building that can also serve as an
evacuation center. The construction of this proposed project building has an estimated cost of
Php 5,000,000.00 and can be completed in 162 days.
