- S/N of Logitech G513 Carbon (Tactile) RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard.
* I used a Logitech S/N Generator (Paid one).
* You can use same kind of tool, just take a look on forum (c.to/n.to).
* Cheat someone to give you one from your second hand websites from your country. Make sure the S/N is
in warranty, you can ask him. Also you will tell him that you need S/N to check if it’s still in warranty before
to buy. There is a low risk if he lies. Also this is the only lie for people who are not involved in online
businesses like us.

But I recommend you the green one *

Then you will need:

* G513 Product Picture with S/N edited.
* G513 Product Picture with S/N edited and handwritten paper with S/N.
* TechUS Receipt of Logitech G513
* Handwritten numbers for handwritten paper.
! Any kid of photoshop. No skills required, I will show you here.

First of all, let’s edit the TechUS receipt for G513.
Follow the steps:
1. Make sure you have photoshop then open the .PSD (double click on it).
2. Install the fonts needed, I gave you download link.
3. After the .PSD was opened, in the left side of photoshop you have this search icon, click on it
then click three times on picture for zoom.
4. Use this T to edit the text, click on this T and then click on text.

At all you have just to edit with random numbers, but make sure you follow the pattern. I
mean, same number of numbers, no more and no less.

Take a look on next page, there you will find what kind of things you need to edit.

Anyway, the receipt is untrackable, they can't verify it but it's for your safe and avoid getting
fail.

This e-book will be saw by a lot of people so they can't use same receipt with same numbers
because it will get blacklisted or something like this.

The fun fact you didn't know is that, the product you wanna SE, must be listed as second on
receipt.

We gonna SE a Logitech G513 Gaming Keyboard and how you can see, it's the second on receipt,

I se'd this kind of keyboard with this receipt, i wrote the products, prices of products and few
small things and seems it's working.

Be careful! The date of receipt must be with few
months behind. You will tell him you have the
keyboard since few months, so? 3-4 months will

Modify the last 4 numbers of card (6296) to
anything else like 1842 / 9421 / 8421 / 7571 /
9914.
Below, at
RECEIPT-ID, edit all numbers. From 89841 you
can write there: 89301 / 88604 / 83851.
Trans.-ID, edit all numbers. From 8218-3921-2
you can write there: 8203-3807-1 / 8103-3581-3 /
8591-3314-8.
Kassenident, edit all numbers. From #852-941,
keep the # and modify the number, you can
write there: 891-821 / 792-714 instead 852-941.
Terminal, I recommend to keep the terminal 3,
do not modify it. It's the official terminal of Mr.
Fox.
Save it as JPG on your desktop.
After you saved the receipt as JPG on your desktop.
You have 2 ways to finish the receipt.
* Go to a local shop who print things on paper.
* If you have your own printer then go ahead.

* I don’t have one so, if you are like in my case, upload the JPG picture on a USB Flash Drive
then request to that lady to print out the image. (no matter if it has no color), anyway it’s black
and white, so.

And then, put the printed paper with receipt on your desk and insert your fingers in picture.
I know, you laughed but it needs to be real cheating them.
So, the picture should looks like that and then go shooting it with your own phone.

* Send on whatsapp to someone and download from whatsapp for computer or just download
from iCloud if you have iPhone.
Do not send on discord to a friend then download in computer because discord is compressing
the quality of pics.

Also, after you shot the picture, take it on your desktop and rename it something like this:
techus receipt.jpg

In the next page you will see how the receipt should look after it was printed in real life on a
paper and you shot a picture with your own phone inserting your own fingers in photo.
It should looks like that.
 The Photoshop Part 2 – Product Picture with S/N Edited.

1. Let’s use again PhotoShop, open this one.

2. Double click on this .PSD.
3. Click on this T to edit the text (the number) after “S/N:”
4. Edit the S/N with your.
5. Save as JPG on desktop.
6. Rename it to “back picture.jpg”

Keep same P/N (Part number), you don’t need to edit it but you can, it’s useleess, I kept same so
you will do same thing as me.
 The Photoshop Part 3 – Product Picture S/N and Handwritten Paper.

1. Let’s use again PhotoShop, open this one.

2. Double click on this .PSD.
3. Click on this T to edit the text (the number) after “S/N:”
4. Edit the S/N with your.

Keep same P/N (Part number), you don’t need to edit it but you can, it’s useless, I kept same so
you will do same thing as me.

Hop on next page, there you’ll see how to edit and a lot of details. Go ahead!
The Photoshop Part 3.1 – Product Picture S/N and Handwritten Paper.

Get the ticket number from logitech ticket.

You will receive it after you start the process. Wait for it on next pages.
The ticket number is located in right side of page like here.
Hop on photoshop and Place each number on the white area (the paper) like your ticket number.
If I had 3363053, then I placed each picture needed from handwritten numbers folders.
Be careful, if you have same number twice, use the alternative, don’t use same one because no one can’t
copy the number twice like first time.
5. Save as JPG on desktop.
6. Rename it to “handwritten.jpg” .
Also, I will repeat, for same numbers use the normal one and second the alternative.
THE TRICK IS to PUT EACH NUMBER AND THEN USE (CTRL + T) to edit it. You have to rotate each one
in opposite directions. The first 3 a bit twisted to left and then the second one twisted to right, one a bit up
and then next a bit down. Do not place the numbers on line like a robot, make it looks legit like
handwritten by a human. As you can see in my picture(which I used to SE), the last 3 is more up than 5, this
is what I mean, use my knowledge and your brain. The result should looks like that:

2. I was logging with google account.

2. Go register a product.

3. Enter your S/N and Submit.

Fill this form,

Purchase Date: Same date like in TechUS Receipt.

 How To Start The SE Process – Part 1.

Also, first time, logitech will force you to write you problem giving you the chance to attach
something.

This is the lie which I used, you could modify it a bit:

* Hi there! I have this G513 Keyboard from Logitech and seems it's not
working anymore.
I connect the usb in my computer and the keyboard it's not working like
in past.
I'm surprised, i didn't expected that, i can't write or do anything else
with this keyboard, seems broken, i hope not because i like this one
very much.. more than others, it's a good keyboard. I used it only for
games and business, i didn't damaged it. The keys and specially the
space are not working. Also i'm waiting you for some instructions,
maybe we can solve this problem, thank you for patience.

Also, do not say “the RGB lights are not working” because it will fail the
whole process, they will insist on video.
The “space problem” is the good method to start the process.
Ask them always for instructions, do not ask for replacement or
anything like this.
Also attach them from first time, the TechUS receipt besides this lie.
 How To Continue The SE Process – Part 2.

After you started the SE process, you got the ticket number. Now hop on Page 11 and finish the
work you started homie.

Wait for instructions from logitech support, around 1-2 days, it depends, their replies can take a bit longer
due corona times.

From their first reply we can see that we got the instructions requested to “fix” the problem as they wish. Of
course, read the their steps, read my lies and then make some fast answers from their questions for each one
like some capitols.

If you have a bit knowledge about SE or real life by saying real things like you tried few good things besides
they gave you.. Then, they will don’t insist anymore and they will go to replacement your product.

Now, they required :

Record a short video showing some gang shits regarding led issue, i just told them i don't have any led
issue.
That's why i wrote before this page to use the "space problem" and others, not for leds.

And then, they asked me for video of the keyboard highlighting the serial number of the keyboard which is
found on the base of the keyboard.

This is the most meeted problem at logitech SE, many people are failing here but here you go.
It was my answer for them:

* I can't record because i have a china phone how i said up, before and the file size is too big to upload on
google drive or youtube, they no allowed me to upload.. I'm not really good at computers, i tried to do my
best but seems it's not working, i can't record but i attached you a pic instead the video.

And this was their answer for me after I didn’t gave them video required:

 How To Continue The SE Process – Part 4.

After that they asked me again for:

- Video reflecting the serial number on the device along with the ticket number on a piece of
paper​

This is what I wrote and easy bypassed video requirement for SE:

* I attached the receipt of product what i received when i bought the keyboard.
Also i attached you a picture from behind of keyboard with the S/N and a picture with the
serial number with ticket number together with a piece of paper because i tried to upload the
video and i'm not allowed to upload it, the file is too large.
Also i hope it will help you, i really can't send you the video, i tried to upload with many fews on
different things but it's too large as websites says.
I hope all things which i attached you will help, i tried to do my best, thank you.

And their answer was again:

I see we have received most of the details requested. We are trying to validate all your details,
meanwhile I would like to know the Language and Layout of your keyboard.

On short, the bypass of video is to provide them anything else they required instead of video.
The best lie and known by them as a real trouble for support department is the file size of video
which can’t be uploaded. They will not insist if you going to tell them that shit.

And then ez bypass video.

 SE Process.

On short:

- You send a ticket to logitech saying your keyboard is not working anymore.
* Say about: space and other keys are not working.
DO NOT say about led issues. (it fails).
Ask for troubleshooting steps.

Logitech will give you a list with few steps, make answers for them from their questions and
pictures from this ebook. Be smart. Answer at each one like on capitols. When they ask for a
video tell them you don’t have that issue.
Attach them what they require.

Logitech will ask you to go at point of purchase for replacement.

Tell them that shop was closed a bit time ago and now there is a meat bucher or pharmacy,
anything else. Tell them that shop was closed.

Next time when they request you a video use the lie from first pages with “you can’t upload it by
fault of file size”.. This problem is known by support department, the videos are very big size
and many people can’t upload but we don’t need video for SE, we smart!

It’s probably they ask for same shit for more times (receipt = proof of purchase).

Always thank them for patience and help!

Do not tell them you’re a streamer or gamer and people are waiting you back.
You my lies/my methods, just edit some words and switch the lies for their questions or steps.

I can’t know what they will ask/request you, it could be more easy than mine or more harder
