It’s the 1980’s and it’s up to the League to save the day!
Play a movie or television character in this 1980’s take on
the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.
LONG BLURB
David Lo Pan is back from the grave! The evil ancient
sorcerer has stolen the Supreme Being’s map from the
League and is using it to travel the space-time continuum
to collect villains from multiple eras to take over the world.
Its up to the League to stop him!
Mr. Rourke and Tattoo quickly calls together the League
to stop Lo Pan before it’s too late. Can the brash all-
American trucker Jack Burton, the Ghostbusting scientist
Egon Spengler, the tough ex-Army sergeant B. A. Baracus,
the tenacious Terminator killer Sarah Connor, the short-
fused Firestarter Charlie McGee, the alien hunter Ellen
Ripley, the Special Forces Predator slayer Major “Dutch”
Schaefer, the teenage werewolf Teen Wolf and the time
traveling scientist Doc Emmett Brown stop Lo Pan in time
to save the world?
ACT 1: SON OF A BITCH MUST PAY!
BACKGROUND
David Lo Pan is back and if he can’t be mortal then
he shall be an immortal god ruling over the world or
destroying it, it matters not to him! After his demise at the
hands of Jack Burton, Lo Pan’s spirit went to the 18 Levels
of Chinese Hell, being tortured for all of eternity driving
him mad in the process. He had only one thing on his
mind, getting out and doling out revenge to Jack Burton
for what he had done to him.
Every prison was meant to be escaped from, with the
help of the demon Sardo Numspa, Lo Pan conjured up a
means to break free from the realm of torture. Mr. Rourke,
the guardian of the spirit realms, sensed a disturbance in
the ethereal and went to investigate. To Rourke’s surprise,
he finds the fully awakened Lo Pan with the demon Sardo
Numspa. The two battle Mr. Rourke in the spirit realm.
Only after barely slaying Sardo Numspa, Mr. Rourke
escapes with his life back to the mortal realm, Lo Pan
followed him, free of his imprisonment.
Injured and dying from the battle, Mr. Rourke sends
out a desperate call for help to League members, claiming
that they must hurry, the ancient evil sorcerer Lo Pan is
back from the dead. He is set on trying to take over the
world or destroy the very fabric of the universe, it matters
not to the crazed sorcerer! During his battle with the evil
duo, Lo Pan ripped from Mr. Rourke’s mind the League’s
secret location of the Supreme Being’s map. The map
is an artifact that allows the user to see the holes of the
space-time continuum and step through them with ease,
essentially traveling to anywhere in time.
The League are to meet Mr. Rourke and Tattoo at the
laboratory of Doc Emmett Brown in Hill Valley in northern
California. Rourke has the map in hand, as the secret
location it was being kept at back on Fantasy Island has
been compromised when Lo Pan entered Rourke’s mind
finding out where it was. Since time travel is Doc Brown’s
specialty, Mr. Rourke wanted him to run some tests on it
to see if he can decipher more about this unknown artifact
and possibly destroy it before Lo Pan gets his hands on it.
Jack Burton was called for his past dealings with Lo
Pan his insight is most valuable, Dr. Egon Spengler was
called in for his specialties in ghostly matters as Lo Pan
was once a spirit and perhaps still is, Ellen Ripley was
recently ripped out of time perhaps she could weigh in on
this dilemma, Sarah Conner has had experience in dealing
with robots from the future maybe she could be of some
service, Major “Dutch” Schaefer is a natural born leader
whose skills could come in useful, B. A. Baracus is a skilled
mechanic perhaps his technical know how could be that
X-factor in this problem, the pyrokinetic Charlie McGee is
that wild card secret weapon Lo Pan isn’t expecting and
Teen Wolf’s ferocity could be a huge asset.
Before the League arrives at the lab, Mr. Rourke,
Tattoo, Ripley and Doc Brown were ambushed by Lo Pan.
Doc Brown only started taking initial readings from the
mystical artifact before a ball of green flame blew open the
doors, knocking the Doc and Ripley unconscious. The last
thing they remember is Lo Pan taking the map from the
fallen Mr. Rourke’s hands and saying something about
using the map to scour the space-time continuum to find
the worst foes he can imagine and bring them back to this
era and rule the world.
As for the League, he plans on sending them on a
wild goose chase to their death, all the while he gathers
his forces to conquer the world. Little does Lo Pan know
is that when he starts his villainy quest it causes major
damages to the space-time continuum, all time lines start
to overlap and fold over onto each other. It’s too much for
it to take and if he keeps doing what he’s doing he could
make the continuum implode upon itself and cause the
destruction of the universe!

ARRIVING AT THE LAB
When the League arrives at the lab (everyone except
Doc Brown and Ripley, they are already there) they are
met with an already disappearing Lo Pan via a portal
created by the map. He is using his sorcerer abilities to
float the map in front of him as he is not made of flesh and
incorporeal so he can’t physically touch the map. As Lo
Pan floats towards the portal he passes through one of Doc
Brown’s lab tables (this is a hint to the player’s that he is
still incorporeal and can’t be harmed physically), the map
seemingly rolls up in mid air in front of him, floating along
with him, the two disappear inside the portal. As the rift
collapses on itself Lo Pan taunts the group as he vanishes.
“You are too late League of Extraordinary
Gentlemen. I now possess the Supreme Being’s Map!
Nothing can stop me from ruling this universe! I
must…how did you put it Mr. Burton, go off and rule
the universe from beyond the grave. (He cackles!)
Indeed! (More cackling!)”.
WING KONG ATTACK
As the Doc preps the Time Tubes the ground starts to
shake and vibrate much like an earthquake, a portion
of the lab walls vanishes as this strange blueish white
light starts eating away at it. The lab then starts to
change into an old ruined warehouse where it once
was.
Great Scotts! Doc Brown, or any other smart character,
immediately knows what’s wrong! Lo Pan is altering
the time line so much that he’s affecting the space-time
continuum, it can’t take the stress of the extreme alterations
the sorcerer is already playing upon it, that is the light they
are seeing, a Time Displacement Energy Field. Time is
overlapping and folding upon itself from the stress! They
must hurry now to the Time Tubes or the continuum could
overcome them and send them each to some other time, or
worse, it could implode and life as they know it will cease
to exist! Doc Brown is talking about the destruction of time
itself! Great Scott!!!

the League to wherever Lo Pan has gone off to.
This just requires the Doc to get a success on a
Knowledge: Time Travel check which should only take a
few moments.

WING KONG COMBAT
This first combat is to just show the players how combat TIME DISPLACEMENT ENERGY FIELD
in Savage Worlds works. If the heroes run off to inside the area of the Time

There are three maps to this combat. Start off the

TIME TUBE TRAVELING

The League might wonder, what will happen when the
time displacement glow hits their Time Tubes and possibly
destroying the time machine while they are gone?
Once they all get into the tubes safely the Doc punches
the button to start the cycle. He states its a one way trip
because he doubts the Time Tubes will last the effects of the
oncoming rift. They have to find their own way back or Lo
Pan will destroy the universe with his meddling in time!
As they lie in wait in the Time Tubes, or if they are out
of the Time Tubes when the Doc activates the device
they can still be transported via the receivers attached to
them they just take 1 level of Fatigue from the stress of
going through time without the protective tube, they see
the blueish white light of the Time Displacement Energy
Field quickly approach over them. Then Doc punches the
button to send them off in search of Lo Pan just before their
capsules (or their bodies if they are out of the tubes) are
fully engulfed in the field.

A flash of light engulfs the Time Tubes. It looks

like the signature side effect of Doc Brown’s Flux
Capacitors at work but it also looks like the rift. In
the blink of an eye your answer is given to you.

ACT 2: NUKE IT FROM ORBIT,
IT’S THE ONLY WAY TO BE SURE
LV-426
With a blink of the eye they are transported through
time to the year 2179 to the colonist’s base called Hadley’s
Hope. Ripley knows exactly where they are. They are deep
within the reactor on the moon LV-426 moments before it
blows up in a thermonuclear blast!
As you all arrive in this strange environment it
looks like they are in some sort of futuristic corridor
completely made out of metal.
Klaxon alarms can be heard, gases and steam hiss
out of bursting pipes and gouts flame erupt from the
walls, a countdown over loud speakers flood the
hallway stating they have, “Four minutes to reach a
minimum safe distance,” whereever they are it doesn’t
sound good!
If Ripley is with the group she knows exactly where
they are...
Ripley, this place looks familiar. You are back
on LV-426 the mining colony where you barely
escaped with your life. You happened to arrive in this
particular time stream as the Atmosphere Processor’s
reactor is getting ready to explode and the Ripley from
this time stream, is by now, almost to her drop-ship
where Bishop will get her, Newt and Hicks to safety.
That’s happening on the other side of the reactor from
them at this moment.
Using the readings from the map the Doc can try to
track Lo Pan, with a success on a Knowledge: Time
Travel check, he realizes they just missed Lo Pan by a few
seconds.
They then hear the voice of Lo Pan over the intercom
system as it squawks to life...
“League…oh…League of Extraordinary Gentlemen,
I am speaking to you through the streams of time With
the Supreme Being’s map I now control the very fabric
of space and time…nothing can stop me. Especially
now that I have sent you to a rock in the middle of
nowhere. In a matter of minutes the reactor which you
are currently standing in will self destruct causing a
blast with the force of a forty megaton thermonuclear
weapon, ending the righteous League once and for all!
(He cackles!) How many gigawatts is that Doctor
Brown! HAHAHAHA! Indeed!” With a click, his voice
is gone.
As they look around some more, they see holes in the
metal grating, holes caused by acid. It looks like they are
behind a bulkhead that was welded shut at one point,
dents from the other side can be seen. Crates and boxes are
lined up on one side and spent shell casings litter the floor.
It looks like the was a major fire-fight here, almost like a
last stand. No weapons or guns are here that work, most
are destroyed by acid in some way.
As they get their bearings and if Ripley is there she can
described where they are, they can see on a monitor what
exactly is happening, the reactor is destroyed and going to
explode, the clock is ticking. They only have a few minutes
left.
The Doc needs power to get them out of here. He sees
that with the absence of the time machine back home, his
device doesn’t have the 1.21 Gigawatts of power times the
number of people in the group to propel them through
the space-time continuum. He needs a powerful enough
source of energy to do it…something nuclear, something
like a nuclear atmospheric reactor.
After some quick math and a success on a Knowledge:
Nuclear Physics roll or Knowledge: Engineering, the Doc,
Egon and Ripley, think that they can plug into the system
and can siphon off enough energy to run the portable Time
Tube circuits and they can make it to their next destination.
There are ports to jury rig something to connect his device
into the reactors just on the other side of the crates.
As they get into position and Doc starts his work, the
Alien Xenomorphs that have been lying in wait, attack!
They start popping down from ceiling and coming up
through the wholes in the floors and grating. Its a last
stand off as they are assaulted, the whole time the Doc and
anyone else with the Repair skill can perform a Dramatic
Task to jury rig his device to the console.

 ALIENS COMBAT
1 Alien Xenomorph per hero show up and attack from
various places in the far corners of the room. 1d6 Aliens
show up every round in the same spots until the League
leaves.
On the third round the alien eggs burst open and 3
facehuggers jump out and attack.

LEAVING LV-426
Just as the warning sounds countdown to zero the plant
explodes and the group (if the Doc and his helpers have
done their job correctly) vanishes off to he next place Lo
Pan went.

Just in the nick of time, the Doc and crew finished

not much time, Lo Pan is hot on their heels.
He says that while him and his righteous friend Bill S.
Preston, Esquire was sending their history reports back to
the rightful times they saw that something wasn’t right
with the time lines. Places started to just not be there,
like they were just wiped from time! That’s when Rufus
showed up all in a hurry to warn them of this Lo Pan dude
and what he was doing to the time streams. Bill is hanging
out with Soap-Crates and Napoleon in ancient times or
something, they are the last two they couldn’t send back
and Rufus sent me here to talk to you dudes and dudettes.

CLARA & THE TIME TRAIN
This is an extra encounter to throw in if there is time
and you need space to fill.
Amid the ruined strands of time as the group
takes the phone booth through time, Doc Brown
sees something for a spilt second then it is gone. It
looked like a steam train, a locomotive, was it Clara he
wonders? Doc Brown knows that his Portable Time
Tube Circuits gives off a beacon linked to the train, its
a fail safe in case he gets stranded in time somewhere,
the train can hone in on the signal and come get him,
Great Scott why didn’t he think of this before. With
a little tinkering with the Portable Time Tube Circuits
he could very well boost the signal. No doubt Clara is
having a hard time with tracking him down because the
strands of time are collapsing. By making the signal
stronger it should get Clara’s attention.
With a success on a Repair roll the Doc is able to
boost the signal of his beacon to hopefully get a hold
of Clara in the train. Although he doesn’t really know if
she got the signal.
Clara can show up at the end of the combat of the
final showdown with Lo Pan. Use the map provided
and place it over the map of the throne room. She
bursts in with the train, killing what ever bad guys
where on those areas of the map. As they hear a train
whistle in the background, give the players an Agility
check to be able to jump put of the way of the massive
time machine.
Clara emerges from the train with a Gigawatt Gun
of her own, blasting at foes left and right. Hand the
player playing Doc Brown Clara’s stat sheet and she is
run as an Ally Extra for the group.
BOGUS!
The group has the map fragment, it’s sparking and the
writing and pictures are fading away as they hold it. It
looks like at any moment its getting ready to blink out of
existence as part of it starts to get transparent.
They have this artifact but what to do with it. They
might try to make it work but it seems “broken” as
nothing they do seems to activate it and reading it makes
no sense. In fact the severing of it has destroyed the map.
With a success on a Knowledge: Time Travel roll, Doc
Brown theorizes that if it is the same map that Lo Pan has
but from another moment in time then touching the two
strange magical artifacts should result in the maps ceasing
to exist from time itself, causing everything to revert back
to normal or the complete and utter destruction of the
universe, which if they haven’t noticed is happening right
now!
While traveling they see the remaining time streams
from inside the phone booth, its a much different
experience than using Flux Capacitors, they can actually
see the time streams. They see that there aren’t too many
streams left, most are destroyed or being destroyed by Lo
Pan’s meddling. They can see the dead time streams and
some being snuffed out as they fly past them. They look
like hundreds of millions of burnt wires spread throughout
space.
IT’S THE END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT
As the phone booth breaks through the time stream
they get a glimpse of their world as they fly through the air
(this should cause a Spirit roll for B. A. if he misses he’s
catatonic and skips his first turn in the next combat!) and
its not a good sight.
The world is destroyed, sky scrappers have
collapsed, craters litter the streets, piles of skulls
and bones spread across the landscape. Terminator
cyborgs patrol the landscape, Hunter Killers fly about,
xenomorph aliens travel in herds hunted by Predators,
cities are on fire, a giant Stay-Puft Marshmallow man
is walking in the distance destroying whatever he sees,
dogs and cats are sleeping together; it’s mass hysteria!
The phone booth time machine flies through the
Earth and enters a subterranean complex. The booth
arrives with a thud, inside Lo Pan’s throne room that
he has built under the ashes of Doc Brown’s lab. The
mad sorcerer is inside mediating with the map held in
his hands, his eyes are milky white, an army of Wing
Kong thugs and three hulking men in tattered clothing
wearing ruined hockey masks wielding machetes
stand near him at his beck and call.
Without looking up he taunts the group, saying,
“The League has arrived, just as I have envisioned!
You cannot defeat me! Your weapons cannot harm me!
With the map I control time itself! I am the Supreme
Being now!”

THRONE ROOM COMBAT
Lo Pan’s plan is to send his Wing Kong Thugs and
Jasons to attack the League as he flies high above the
throne room and opens up portals with the map.
To open a portal he must spend 5 Power Points and
succeed a Spellcasting roll. He already has his Armor
power up and must maintain it.
The number of Wing Kongs already in the room
depend on the time. If you are pressed for time only 1 per
hero, if you think you have more time throw in a few more
up to half the number of players. And 2 Yeren for the best
fighters like B. A. or Teen Wolf.
There are also his enforcers, the 3 Jason’s. Lo Pan went
to various parts of time to Camp Crystal Lake to get not
one, not two but three Jason Voorhees (there were a total
of eight Friday the 13th movies filmed in the 1980’s, he
could’ve gotten more!).
Portal #1: 1 Terminators emerges every other round.
Portal #2: 1 Velociraptor emerges every round.
Portal #3: 1d6 Aliens emerge every other round for up
to as many aliens seems like enough.
As the Terminators, Velociraptors and Aliens get
destroyed and it looks too easy, feel free to spew out more
bad guys from their appropriate portals (I rolled a 1d4 per
portal per round to see how many came out). It should be
a tough fight for the players, not so bad they start to lose
moral. You also don’t want to go easy on them.
If the players decide to target the portals to destroy
them with some well placed grenades, the portals are
considered Wild Cards with 2 Bennies to soak Wounds,
Parry 2 and a Toughness of 16.
If the players didn’t get the subtle hint in the
description of Lo Pan sitting there HOLDING the map,
after a few rounds of combat give them a hint.
Have the group make Notice rolls, on a success they
see that Lo Pan is holding the map in his hands, as of in
Act I he couldn’t and had to use his magic to levitate it. He
even floated through a table at one point in the beginning
of the adventure, showing that he was a ghost.
Now, for some reason, he is not a ghost. Lo Pan is flesh!
He can be harmed! In his travels and time jumping Lo
Pan went and married multiple girls with green eyes and
broke the curse becoming whole again. His lust for human
contact will be his down fall!
TOUCHING MAPS
If the League touches the map fragment with Lo Pan’s
map, in a brilliant flash of light they find themselves back
YOU’RE ONE UGLY MOTHERFUCKER!
If there is time, there is also, in a cage hanging from the
ceiling near the players, a Predator. He is stripped of his
weapons and armor. He has cuts and bruises all over his
body.
If someone is smart enough and breaks him free he will
fight his captor, Lo Pan. Although he is weaponless, he is
a good ally to have.
Give them the stats of the Predator so they can run
him, he is a Wild Card and gets two bennies.
at Doc Brown’s laboratory. Mr. Rourke is standing there
alive and well with Tattoo at his side. Mr. Rourke smiles
at then and thanks them for a job well done. He seems
to remember everything, he is Mr. Rourke after all. He
explains that Lo Pan is once again trapped in the 18 Levels
of Chinese Hell, the map is finally destroyed and all is back
to normal. “Thank you again,” he says. He will call upon
them again if trouble arrives. With a snap of his fingers
him and Tattoo vanish off to Fantasy Island.
THE END?
As the camera pans outside of Doc Brown’s lab,
you see B. A.’s van and the Pork Chop Express, both
are fully restored and back to normal just like the
surrounding area, everything seems to be back to
normal.
Blowing in the wind you see a familiar piece of
parchment, the map fragment they once had. It blows
up against one of the van tires. Suddenly a charge of
electricity fills the air and strikes the van and truck.
A flash of brilliant light appears in a sphere that cuts
right through both vehicles.
The light subsides and a extremely muscular nude
man is left kneeling in the sphere. He reaches out and
grabs the map fragment, the map crackles with energy
and sparks to life. With glowing red eyes he says, “I’ll
be back,” with a flash of light he disappears, under the
power of the map to travel somewhere in time!
