Saturday Extra Curricular Activities -Term 1

Dear Parents,

We are delighted to offer our students in KG1 to Grade 8 Saturday morning extra curricular
activities during Term 1, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Activities will be guided by specialised
instructors.

These activities are offered in addition to weekly school activities that will also be in progress.

Listed below are important points our parents should know about registration:

1. There will be 8 sessions on the following Saturdays: October 2; October 9; October 16;
October 23; October 30; November 6; November 13, November 20.

2. Please note that participation is conditional upon the necessary fees being paid before
Tuesday September 28,2021

3. Fees are not refundable and late applications will not be accepted. Your child will be
placed on a waiting list if classes are full, and parents will be notified only if a place
becomes available.

4. Activities will be provided only if the number of students is sufficient to start a particular
activity. If fees have been paid for activities where numbers prove inadequate, all
payments will be refunded.

5. Students may choose a minimum of two and a maximum of three different activities
listed in order of preference. Whether a student is allocated the activity of his/her
choice depends entirely on the number of students that have signed up.

6. Please note that Taekwondo has a special outfit that can be purchased from the school
bookstore at a later stage.

7. A list of the activities available is attached with this letter.

Some other important notes:

 Students will be grouped according to the number of participants, the ages of students
and their levels in each activity.
 The school P.E. uniform is to be worn. Students will not be permitted to participate in
any of the activities if they fail to wear the required outfit. Please note Point 5 above.

We aim to ensure that all our coaches are qualified and highly specialized. Thank you for your
interest in these activities. We hope the students will benefit and enjoy the wide range of activities
available.
