SCHOOL FEES AND FINANCIAL POLICY

Application fee: None


Registration fee: 700 € (one-time, non-refundable fee for new students only)
Annual Tuition Fees: Tuition fees are payable once a year. A non-refundable down-payment of
2,000€ is required to secure a place.

Book & Materials Deposit (Copernic Campus) 200€


A 200€ security deposit is required to cover the cost of any lost or damaged books/materials. This deposit will be
refunded when the student leaves the school provided that all books have been returned in good condition and if any
lost or damaged books/materials have been replaced or paid for.
Book Deposit (Passy Campus) 500€
A 500€ book security deposit is required to cover the cost of any damaged or lost books. This deposit will be refunded
when the student leaves the school provided that all books have been returned in good condition and if any
lost/damaged book has been replaced or paid for.

School Trip (Grade 4 and Grade 5) To be announced


The primary school organises a school trip that is part of the curriculum. The dates and prices will be announced at the
beginning of the school year.

School Trip (Passy Campus) To be announced


The secondary school organises a compulsory school trip every year that is part of the curriculum. The dates and prices
will be announced at the beginning of the school year.

External Examination Fees To be announced


Examination fees for IGCSE, AS and A2 levels will be published at the beginning of the year. The fees cover the cost from
the external examination board plus material and administration charges.

Lunch Options (Copernic Campus):

Hot Lunch 2,050€ per year (5 days a week)

Pre-school and primary school students have the option to take hot meals provided by the school.
Lunch box 500€ per year (5 days a week)

Fee for service and supervision during the lunch time.

No canteen facilities in the secondary school. A packed hot lunch is optional for the secondary school students. Order
can be made by term or by year.

Options:
English as an Additional Language - EAL (Passy Campus) 3,900€ per year
EAL lessons are an additional learning support provided after regular school classes. Students are recommended for
this support during the admissions process or by their teachers during the school year. This support is necessary and
will enable students to succeed academically and socially at the school.

Primary After-School Activities (Copernic Campus) To be announced


After-school activities are offered five days a week from 3:30pm to 4:30pm or 5:00pm, and Wednesdays from
1:00pm -3:00pm.
Primary After-School Supervision (Copernic Campus) 180€ - 250€ per semester per day per week
22€ per session (single ticket)
This service is available four days a week from 3:30pm to 4:30pm or 5:00pm , excluding Wednesdays.
School Shuttle 3€ per trip
The school provides a shuttle service between the two campuses in the morning from Passy to Copernic and in the
afternoon from Copernic to Passy. This service is only available under reservation. Due to limited space, families with
children in both campuses have priority.

Policies:

Sibling Discount
The school offers a discount of 5% on tuition fees for siblings who are enrolled in the school at the same time. This
discount is applied to the younger sibling(s) and only when the children are enrolled for the full academic year.

Late Arrival
For students who join the school during the course of the year, annual fees will be pro-rated on a basis of academic
terms (five terms per school year), including the full term of arrival. The first payment must be received within the first
week of arrival.

Early Departure
Early departure reductions may be applied if the school is informed before September 1st, 2023. Failure to notify the
Finance Office before this date will disqualify the student from the early departure reduction. Notice of a student’s
departure must be given by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt (“lettre recommandé avec accusé de
reception).
This reduction can only be applied to the annual tuition fees as follows:
 Departure by 31st December: -50%
 Departure by 31st March: -20%
 Departure after 1st April: no reduction

Late Payment
Accounts outstanding after the due date will incur a late payment charge of 1.5% per month accruing on a daily basis.
The school reserves the right to suspend students following written notice from the head teacher whilst the account is
left unpaid. No diplomas, transcripts, reports, or references will be issued for students whose financial obligations to
the school have not been fulfilled.

Method of Payment
All bank charges for transfers and foreign payments are the responsibility of the payer. Please indicate the student’s full
name on the bank transfer to avoid administrative delays on payment records. Payments are acceptable in Euros only
and must be paid via bank transfer or cheque.
