Camp Necessities & What To Leave At Home

 Sack Lunch (if not signed up for hot lunch – see food service policy)
*Please note: lunches can include items needing warm-ups, however we ask that NO EASY-MAC or
other uncooked pastas are packed due to the amount of time they take to prepare and the number of
campers we are assisting during lunch. Lunches on field trip days (for 5-13 year olds) should not
include any items needing heating or refrigeration.
 Swimming Suit/Trunks & Towel
 Tennis Shoes/Sneakers (other shoes may be worn at arrival, but tennis shoes/sneakers should be brought
to camp daily as well for active games)
 Change of Clothes (including underwear; younger campers may need 2 or more extra sets of clothing)

*We recommend that all campers bring their personal items in a backpack or similar bag for organization and
safety of belongings. Campers will be responsible for their own items.

ProCare

ProCare is the online registration portal utilized by Panther Camp for the enrollment and account management of
campers. Parents create a unique login upon registration, which can be used throughout camp to track camp
invoices and payments (notice of new invoices and account updates will also be emailed to parents automatically
from ProCare), as well as pay via bank account or credit card. ProCare is also utilized for camp announcements,
and calendars (including field trips/special events and lunch calendars). Parents are responsible for checking
ProCare accounts regularly to stay up to date.

Faith-based Camp Components

Chapel – all groups aged 5 and up will participate in a full-camp chapel service each Wednesday of camp at 9am.
All campers and counselors present will attend and participate. Families dropping off at this time on Wednesdays
will need to take their children to the Sanctuary.

Bible Story/Devotion – all groups will take time each day to read a Bible story or Devotion from an age-
appropriate devotional book. Counselors will lead this activity during each groups’ scheduled time of day (see
individual group schedules).

Prayer – all groups will learn age-appropriate prayers that campers will recite before meal and snack times.
Groups will also pray individually in their group rooms after Bible Story/Devotion times. Prayer is also a piece of
chapel each week.

Praise Songs – campers will learn praise songs as part of chapel and in their groups.
