PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL PROCESS - START

• Performance Appraisal can be found in the HR page in share-point


PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL PROCESS- OPTIONS

• Option to create Appraisal for employees only will be available if you


are an appraising manager
PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL PROCESS – FOR MY EMPLOYEES G06 AND BELOW

• Employee Details:
• Select the period of the Appraisal
• Add Employee ID number or name of the employee and select form the list
• You can see the list of Employees assigned to you on this icon and you can
select the employee also there

• Performance Factors Evaluation starts: Fill out the 15 Performance factors


(Select 1-5 from the pull menu) and if you want to add comments just check
the comments box.

• Once Performance Factors Completed click “next”


PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL PROCESS - DEVELOPMENTS PLANS AND COMMENTS

• If you want to add a development plan just click on the icon to “Add
Development plan” otherwise fill out your comments. Discuss with
employee and click on “Finalize and close”. Then print a copy sign and
handle a copy to local HR manager.

• Select the correct Year and then click Proceed

If you have objectives entered on the previous system for 2019 you can
import them using the import objective icon. Otherwise proceed to click on
the add objectives icon

• Employee should add his objectives and Learning and Development plans
• Agree with your manager your objectives before submit. Once submitted, the
manager will receive a notification email

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL – G07 AND ABOVE – SEAL OBJECTIVES

• Manager review objectives and “seal” them. Once sealed they cannot
be unsealed.

• Once Objectives are sealed by appraising manager employee cannot


modify the objectives
PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL – G07 AND ABOVE – RECORD ACHIEVEMENTS

• Employee enter the achievements and select update


PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL – G07 AND ABOVE – APPRAISAL STARTED

• Appraising Manager Review the objectives in H1 the date its recorded


(only manager view). Then manager proceed to start appraisal

• Appraising manager fill out the performance factors

• Once performance factors, learning and development plans are completed by


Appraising Manager the Reviewing manager must be selected and send to
Reviewing Manager

COMMENTS

• Reviewing manager add his comments and send the appraisal to


appraising manager to release it to the employee and have the
interview
PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL – G07 AND ABOVE – APPRAISAL RELEASED FOR
EMPLOYEE COMMENTS

• Appraising Manager perform interview with employee and release


appraisal for employee’s comments
PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL – G07 AND ABOVE – EMPLOYEE COMMENTS

• Employee add comments and close the appraisal


PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL – CLOSURE STATUS

• Employees can search the status of their Appraisal on their Appraisal main page
• Managers can search the status of the appraisal of their team using the search
icon on their appraisal main page
