TRAFFIC FLOW

A road is not just a uniform channel with one entry point at the beginning and one exit

point at the other end. There are junctions, intersections, differences in the number of lanes, and

many other disturbance conditions. Also, there are several vehicles on our roadways. Cars

interact with each other and influence the overall movement of traffic. In the report, I have

learned that a traffic Flow System is a means which assists transportation engineers in

understanding and expressing the points of traffic flow.
